The Midnight Oil is a fantastic and phenomenal book shop with a super comfortable and warm vibe. The selection is fantastic, with all the new popular series and everything in between, including a great used book selection and an impossibly large selection of old books. There is a basement full of unsorted books and interesting collections, with a place to sit for a while. The staff is friendly, resourceful, helpful, accommodating, and never makes you feel rushed. They are able to succinctly point customers in the right direction. It is a great bookstore for book nerds who love exploring and digging through a bevy of options to find their next read.

The selection is fantastic, but even better are the employees. They’re friendly, but more so resourceful when I’m looking for something unique!

Great book store.
Wife and I went during their books by the pound event. They have all the new popular serries and everything in between. Found a few new books I didn't even know existed. I'll be adding these to my home library along with a few hobby books for wood craft.
