Jennifer over at Topshelf Printers is amazing. She was able to complete my order in less than two weeks due to us needing a rush order. We order a large quantity of shirts for our annual Turkey Trot. Today was delivery day. Not only are the shirts quality product but Zach and Dan from Topshelf Printers unloaded many boxes, loaded them on carts and transported them to another area of the hospital then unloaded them.Thanks Zach and Dan for extraordinary customer service!

I give them a 3 star not knowing much of their business but was given a tour for an interview,Was getting the impression that it was going very well was asked questions which I answered the best that I could and of course with honesty, Never heard back from them was to get a call that same day to see if I was hired and have not heard back...

Wanted to share my input as a former employee: I would 10/10 recommend taking your business elsewhere. Top Shelf does not provide suitable working conditions for employees. Along with treating employees unfairly and being overly focused on revenue, they failed at cultivating a positive and motivating work environment considering the physical demand of the job. The manager Mike Turner is a narcissistic, misogynistic, borderline-racist joke of a manager who consistently yells at and talks down to his employees. This company is also known to randomly fire employees without any given explanation as to why. So if you are looking for print/embroidery services and take into account the working conditions of the company you are giving your money to, I would 100% recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are a lot of great print shops in Northern Colorado with honorable company morals and values.

Stay away from this company. I was dealing with Drew on my hats and T-shirts for my company. The embroidery on my hats was mediocre. The shirts colors of my logo was 50 shades off and he couldn’t see it. He blamed it on their process but didn’t offer a solution. At least they made good rags.

These guys know how to get the job done. Plain and simple. I’ve been through so many printing providers over a career that depends on quality products delivered on time. None have came through with the legitimate professionalism and attention to important details like TSP. I had a large complex order that spread throughout many branches of my business, and they came up with a program that made it seamless to allow for multiple individuals to order at once with ease. Really happy to find them in an industry that can be full of fly by night, ran out of their garage type businesses. The facility in Greeley is world class. The team is excellent top to bottom. It all comes together for a great purchasing experience.
