I bought my Winnebago Navion from Transwest hoping I could 'one-stop-shop' my purchase, ongoing maintenance needs and eventual trade in/upgrade from a class C to a class A. I will not be doing any future business with Transwest after a couple awful experiences with its maintenance department.Last fall, I dropped my Navion in to get the awning and refrigerator fixed and to have it winterized. They held onto it for nearly 3 weeks! The guy working my case, called me in a panic when the deep freeze was about to set in. He asked me if I had had my RV winterized. I reminded him to look at the work order and that it specifically states as the first ask: 'winterize my RV'. Really?Transwest couldn't figure out what was wrong with the fridge but charged me $241 to look at it and replace a part I very specifically told them wasn't the problem because I had already ordered and replaced it. Really?I just had my fridge fixed by Colorado Premier RV service in Berthoud. As it turns out, a wire had not been reconnected when I had a solar installation performed elsewhere. It cost me $175 for CPRV to diagnose and fix the problem. Sad part: I told the guy working my case at Transwest what caused my fridge not to work but they didn't think to pull the fridge and look for a disconnected wire. I called every once in a while to check in and the answer I typically got was, "we're still trying to get in touch with Norcold". So..ok. Transwest techs don't understand the basics of an RV fridge diags. But they still charged me $241 for their time and no solution to the problem. As for the awning, Transwest completely missed the diagnosis but wanted to charge me $643 to fix it. I expect they would have eventually come back to me with the correct diagnosis (a faulty motor) and double the repair price on me. CPRV correctly diagnosed the problem the first time and I paid $750 to have the motor replaced. And it actually works now.Even the one thing Transwest got right, they sorta got wrong. My slide would not fully retract because (silly me) a small can of sunblock became wedged in the slide rails. Transwest fixed it. But in the process of doing so, they left a gouge on my floor. So one problem solved only to be given another one. Really?Transwest has a great looking facility and quite the inventory to choose from. But when you experience subpar maintenance service they provide, you'll find yourself in search of someone else. I suspect they are challenged retaining and motivating knowledgeable techs; these guys proved themselves clueless to me in the vast majority of my requested work items.Anyway, save yourself the heartache and go straight to Colorado Premier RV Service for your RV maintenance needs. They Iisten, know their stuff and won't rip you off like Transwest did me.Note to Ken: Thanx for your response but as I've stated, I'm done with Transwest. I'm writing this review in February for what happened last fall because all of my issues were fixed just last week by CPRV. That's right, less than a week to diagnose, order/receive the necessary parts and to complete the work. The monumental difference in service experience between Transwest and CPRV is something your prospective RV maintenance customers deserve to know about in advance and you and your team need to work on.I make my living in the customer service business. I know good from bad. What you guys served up to me was just plain and consistently bad. Period. End of story.Taylor sold me my RV. She'll know exactly who I am and can share a long text string between us explaining most of the issues encountered along with some recommendations I provided to fix a broken service experience. She can also tell you the name of the guy who was working my case.

I don't recommend these store, the manager don't know how to speak with customers. I was at the store for 4 or 5 time trying to resolve one thing and when i try to talk to him he was so rude and don't make eye contact with the customer. He was just talking with other coworker.
