Our HOA in Eaton contacted Armando last fall to discuss curb and gutter work. We met onsite and agreed to have AAA shoot elevations. We set a date to do that. He didn't show up, and when contacted, he said he tried to call us. We have no record of having received Armando's call. He then said he wanted an advance payment of $300 to shoot elevations in advance. After getting approval from the HOA board, I contacted Armando again in December. He said he was ill but to call him back in January. Today I called him back (Jan. 18, 2021) and he said the $300 fee we had approved was no longer adequate, and he wanted more money to shoot the elevations. After I protested and reminded him that he had promised to shoot the elevations for $300, he hung up on me.

Consulted a great price, informed us of upkeep measures (when all other quotes we got did not = save us money in the long run), also did some other lifts and was knowledgeable about sand vs foam, would recommend.

I received many compliments from my neighbors about the work AAA Concrete did. We are happy with it as well. I'll definitely consider them for my next project, and recommend them to others. My only complaint is that the clean up could have been more thorough. Still, I give them the full five stars.

Armando came out and gave a very reasonable estimate to do a patio in my backyard. Armando also had the quote to me the same day as he came out to estimate the project.. He was extremely nice and professional. He came out the same week he bid the project. Armando and his guys were extremely professional, quick and did excellent work. I would highly recommend his company!! Armando also seems very knowledgeable and gives plenty of options!!

Armando and his crew is very experienced and professional. I had them remove a tree and dig out my side yard to put in 2nd drive way. They were prompt and did a great job and cleaned after. This is the 2nd time i have used them and i was not dissapointed. I decided to use them again because the work they did for me 10 years ago is still perfect, no cracks or spalling.

These JERKS started busting concrete at a neighbor's house at 5:45 in the morning. When I asked them to stop they were extremely rude. I called the realtor sho indicated no work was authorized. I would NEVER use these unprofessional workers for ANY work. Hire a respectful professional company.

The work that was completed was good the aftermath which took place ruined the relationship we had with the company. They hit three water lines and refused to pay or repair for any of the damages. They wanted more money for what they damaged on top of the thousands of dollar we paid. His customer service is poor and doesn't know how to handle complaints

1 star is TOO many. Armando and his crew left our house yesterday, I immediately called him and told him "hey you used our fence as a concrete form now the fence is bowed" (he poured it into our fence!!!)he said "too late now I've been paid job is done"I would cancel the check but gave him cash. I wasn't home I trusted him as I said we used him before. I don't know why he would not offer to come out and cut 2" back from our fence. We used him 6yrs ago and were pleased. He was also trying to pour 4' less than the estimate he gave us and signed. Horrible service never again, after my neighbor seen that he no longer wanted to pour a 20'x30' patio and sidewalk with that company. I have ALOTTTTTT of friends.
