They "lost" or "forgot" 100 pills in a 120 pill pain medication prescription. They constantly charge for medication that should be covered by insurance ON PURPOSE. They lied about an outage, then talked over me and hung up. They can't even fill prescriptions on time.

Disorganization, rude attitudes, and an obvious inability to listen to the customer is just how it goes here.The portal also never works for meds. My dr sends in a new med, it isnt ready but shows I have to refill it to get it. So I do that, write in the comments that it is my 1st fill (which they should have proof of), then tell me it cant be filled bc my insurance says it cant be filled again yet. Ughhh

I have found that the evening pharmacy staff are not friendly, terse, even bordering on rude. Called in this evening to check on why the prescription I ordered on the mobile app did not get delivered by mail as requested. Was talked to in a manner that was condescending, and it was made clear that my concerns were not their concern. I felt like it had inconvenienced them to have to answer my questions. To top it off, the staff member said I should use the mobile app to order, and when I mentioned I had done so, got snapped at that it must have been missed. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. It is a stark contrast to the care I receive from my UC Health primary care physician. I could not be happier with them, caring, addressing all matters related to my health.

I requested via the patient portal to transfer a RX to this pharmacy on Dec 28th (3 weeks ago) Need it now as we're out of meds! Have let messages for a week as no one ever answers the phone. No return call, nothing! Will end up paying double tommorrow to have it refilled at the other pharmacy. So disappointing the service is so terrible. Will contact our insurance company as this pharmacy is preferred and cheapest. Not worth the hassle!

Every time I come to this pharmacy my prescriptions are never ready and I end up having to wait for 20-30 minutes to get my prescription. Also, the pharmacy techs are always very rude and flippant about how they act towards people and their prescriptions. There's no consideration for anyone's time or needs. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. This is the worst pharmacy that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Nurses Gabby and Annie who were working the 4th floor hospital between groom 1220 to 12/21 deserve recognition. Absolutely the best care, empathy, and attention to detail!

There in with the doctors of this er to make sure I can't have pain meds on time because I make them more money having to go to the er so they make a hassle to get to where I don't need to go to the er all is act like they are the final say of who gets what and I find it very funny that it only my pain meds that they can never get. Lost another customer and see if I enter this er again because they want to play doctor instead of be a pharmacy.

Complete waste of time. Went to pick up refills on 2 medications- that I had been notified were ready both in the UC Health app and via email. Waited in line over 20 minutes. Get to the counter and the tech tells me only 1 is filled. When I ask about the other prescription and explain it’s the one I absolutely need she then tells me it was denied by insurance and so wasn’t filled. So why did I not get notified that this prescription wasn’t filled and/or was denied? I understand that this was out of their hands, however I should have been notified about the denial. This was my first experience with UC Health Pharmacy and it is definitely the last. The techs were haughty and acted smug about the situation. UC Health- if you don’t have it in your system to send automated messages about prescriptions, it’s time to get one set up. This prescription is not something I can stop cold turkey, and it would have saved both me and the techs a lot of trouble if I had been notified sooner about the medication being denied and not being filled.

I only give two stars because the first time I tried to pick up my prescription it wasn't there, but the pharmacy tech apologized and I had it filled. I am not sure who your pharmacy tech was this morning, but she had the worst customer service. She didn't say hello, and told me that she didn't have anything for me. I told her it was the same prescription as last time and all her response was, "we don't have anything!" After calling my doctor, I had figured out they had sent it to the wrong UC health Pharmacy on 16th street. My question is, if there are other UC health pharmacy's wouldn't it be helpful if the pharmacy tech could look into that for patients? I understand if you don't, I just thought if your pharmacy did, the tech would be try and be helpful in that situation. I've just worked in customer service all over 15 years, and I would expect someone who is at the front of the pharmacy would be a little more empathetic. I use this pharmacy because it is on my way home from work in Loveland, and the hours are very convenient; however, I probably won't use this pharmacy again because of the lack of customer service.

They were somewhat rude about having to wait (quite a while) in the hall - the drug I needed (although quite common) was "not in stock" - they did take my information and said they would. have it the. next day - which they did

The staff w internal medicine is very judgemental on what they read and observe through reports. I had an incident that I had gotten admitted into the ICU and was drugged. Since they had read my report and what drugs I tested posative for, they now refuse to treat me. DONT GO HERE, ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY WAIT TILL YOUR COMPLETELY OUT OF MEDS BEFORE THEY NOTIFY YOU AFTER YOU FIND OUT LAST MIN.

I so badly want to give them 5 stars as they fill my prescriptions really fast and are open 24/7 but I believe that customer service is king. I will say I've never had a single issue here but the staff are not friendly. They aren't mean, but very curt and seem annoyed to be bothered with your presence let alone questions. I've had better customer service at the Walmart pharmacy.

Everytime I go to UC HEALTH im treated.. with kindness, They're very helpful, I wish my mom had this kind of treatment when she went to the doctor! I'll keep coming back to UC HEALTH.. They're courteous, friendly and fast!!

Amazing. My son unfortunately had to visit an urgent care on a holiday weekend. The urgent care told us that all other pharmacy’s were closed. That UCHealth had the only open pharmacy but they could only send his meds there if we were established UCHealth patients. We have always been happy with the care we receive from UCHealth but this yesterday I’ve never been happier that we choose UCHealth as our primary care providers.
