UPDATE: Delilah the store manager was very nice and called us back almost immediately and has offered to make sure we are taken care of when we return today. I’ll update my rating to reflect the level of service now.
DEZ was EXTREMELY RUDE she mistreated my husband and I and stated UPS doesn’t do pack and ship. Which there’s signs posted everywhere when I said that she refused service to help us and started yelling at us that she doesn’t report to anyone and that she has been at UPS forever and we don’t know what we are talking about and called us liars. That’s was extremely inappropriate in front of a whole line of people!

I will never go there again I will use fed x for sure the new owner Todd. Is a real piece of work. He knows nothing about being a good owner. He will work you one day then tell you.That you don't fit in with the direction he is taking with this store. Then pays you with a gift card. He is very greedy. And low pay this store and the new owner is a joke

Horrible place horrible owner. I feel bad for the workers. I heard they wage theft. I also heard that they like to give gift cards to the new workers if it doesn’t work out and you’re only gonna get a $50 gift card even if you work over five hours minimum wage here is 1635 that’s wage theft. It’s worth going to Loveland or Fort Collins. The new owner also owns the Windsor store. Do not go to these two locations.

If I could leave a negative star I would the new owner is ride wage thefts his workers makes them work long hours underpay at his Vegas location this came from the manager Delilah your better off to go to Loveland. He also owns the Windsor store. Was the manager there was let go to to the direction that they want to take the store if you know me, you knew that I ran that store how it should be ran and my customers loved me

Management needs to have a discussion with the delivery drivers. I took today off work specifically to be here to sign for a very important package. It was obvious someone was home as well. Guess who's workers are too lazy to knock or ring a doorbell for a signature? Ups. So now I have to wait to pick it up myself tomorrow because they can't do their job. There's no way I'd ever trust them to redeliver it. Ups needs to hire people who are good honest workers.

So far, my experience with UPS has been great. It's normal to have long lines and lots of people. And I understand if some employees look tired. I get it, I also work in customer service at my college. Which is why I like to get there early before it closes, because I expect there to be a line. I think more people should see things from their point of view and appreciate the endless work they do.

They can never do a job. They’re more convenient but, if you wind through the mess getting across the street to fed ex, you can always get your crap done. How they stay open is a question yet to be understood.
