Just pick another bank in Greeley. They tried to tell me I couldn't bring in this much change anymore because they don't have a machine but they'd count it for me this once. It was $10 in change. We haven't gone that far backwards that this should be a burden FOR A BANK TELLER

Arrived to a sign on the door saying they were closed due to to snow. Roads are perfect, if you could make it in to put a sign on the door you can open the doors for business. Went in late after they opened, was told I was unable to get a change order on Saturdays for my business account and was also told my deposits would be not be accepted because I needed that change to complete one of my deposits. When did banks stop having money? My company gives me a short period to take deposits in and after that time frame we are given late fees. Glad this location takes customer service as a priority.

The atms at this branch are always out of service or not allowing you to deposit/withdrawal cash. Some of us can't make it to the bank during normal bank hours and I really rely on the atm to do my banking. I'm about to just do my major banking somewhere else that is less frustrating. Tell your higher ups you need new ATMs stat!

My wife's 88 year old mother has an account at US Bank. She is on a fixed income and has recently moved to a Skilled Nursing Facility. Medicaid now takes everything she has and leaves her $130/month for items not included at the nursing facility. As we all know $130 does not go far.Due to a mistake on our part, managing her money and paying the nursing facility, her bank account was overdrawn. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and asked for the 3 $36 overdraft fees to be waived and when her Social Security check is deposited on 5/1, the account will be made whole. This request was denied by the Rep and by her supervisor.3 * $36 is almost an entire month of what my mother-in-law has to live on. I explained this and more to Customer Service Rep but I truly believe they don't care and $108 is more important to US Bank (the 5th largest Bank in the US with a value of nearly $600 Billion) than the dire situation of an 88-year old woman.Disgusting to say the least.BTW, I want to give a review of 0 but Google does not allow me to post the review without selecting at least 1 star.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are so unfriendly and when we walked in they didn’t even greet us. My husband and I just stood there while there are 3 tellers just there doing nothing but talking to each other. Then, the lady is answering our questions and her bald co worker decided to butt in even though it had nothing to do with him. They are extremely rude at this branch and don’t make you feel welcomed. Such a terrible first time experience. Wow.

Unfortunately I have to bank here on the account of my company. The only NICE people are Michelle and Mike. The guy who is the branch manager, Jackie and two other girls are absolutely horrendous! I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and if you have a bad attitude and treat your customers like that, you should find another line of work or you should be fired! I dread the days I have to go in and when I call to place a change order they get so annoyed and can't even add it up so they ask me to, no problem but do not question me when I just added it up for you. This is the only place I go that drives me to the brink of insanity. People can only tolerate being treated like garbage for so long. Disgusting!
