My wife's 88 year old mother has an account at US Bank. She is on a fixed income and has recently moved to a Skilled Nursing Facility. Medicaid now takes everything she has and leaves her $130/month for items not included at the nursing facility. As we all know $130 does not go far.Due to a mistake on our part, managing her money and paying the nursing facility, her bank account was overdrawn. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and asked for the 3 $36 overdraft fees to be waived and when her Social Security check is deposited on 5/1, the account will be made whole. This request was denied by the Rep and by her supervisor.3 * $36 is almost an entire month of what my mother-in-law has to live on. I explained this and more to Customer Service Rep but I truly believe they don't care and $108 is more important to US Bank (the 5th largest Bank in the US with a value of nearly $600 Billion) than the dire situation of an 88-year old woman.Disgusting to say the least.BTW, I want to give a review of 0 but Google does not allow me to post the review without selecting at least 1 star.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are so unfriendly and when we walked in they didn’t even greet us. My husband and I just stood there while there are 3 tellers just there doing nothing but talking to each other. Then, the lady is answering our questions and her bald co worker decided to butt in even though it had nothing to do with him. They are extremely rude at this branch and don’t make you feel welcomed. Such a terrible first time experience. Wow.

Unfortunately I have to bank here on the account of my company. The only NICE people are Michelle and Mike. The guy who is the branch manager, Jackie and two other girls are absolutely horrendous! I've worked in customer service for over 15 years and if you have a bad attitude and treat your customers like that, you should find another line of work or you should be fired! I dread the days I have to go in and when I call to place a change order they get so annoyed and can't even add it up so they ask me to, no problem but do not question me when I just added it up for you. This is the only place I go that drives me to the brink of insanity. People can only tolerate being treated like garbage for so long. Disgusting!

I come from fort Morgan co to come to my bank and the man that’s always at the drive thru window is always nice. I just wish they had a us bank in fortmorgan so I don’t have to travel far. I been with us bank for 12 yrs now and would hate to change banks.

Just terrible. Used to be great but now they have no ATMs, no banks and betting that their barely average on-line services will keep the customers happy. If you're looking for a bank...keep looking. I very much used to be huge advocate of USBank but their recent restructuring does nothing for the customers and clearly cuts their operating costs. I can't see any of their recent changes as being customer focused.

The rep who answered the phone when we called about starting an account was so rude and unprofessional we decided against banking at this location. The rep Jackie , is definitely in the wrong line of work as customer service is a big part of banking. Very unfortunate

Stay far far away from this company. They have the most inept and unorganized mortgage teams in the industry. Worked with one whole team that had one person with nearly 30 years of mortgage experience and they did the worst job ever seen. Even my title company was telling me they have never seen anything so poorly done.Save yourself some time and look literally anywhere else for any service. They are straight up incompetent here.Beyond that when they do mess up they will apologize and offer you tons of stuff like "customer service" checks for your bad experience. However these are only offers and they will not deliver on them. They will promise you an amount and keep bumping that amount up and then suddenly you talk to them weeks later and they pretend like they never offered you more. They only offer you more at the time to get you to agree to things and then rip it away later.The tactics used here should be and honestly probably are illegal and they should be investigated. I will be submitting this to the proper authority to do this as well. Terrible place with terrible employees that don't care about you at all.

Signs say open at 8:30. Nowhere else is this posted for another opening time than Google listing. Haven't been able to change my phone number or pin inside the bank so I can't even use the ATM. Their online banking support is in no way helpful and couldn't resolve a single issue I had with my banking security.
