Place is dirty! Floors are sticky, hand prints on doors... Ive seen the same dirty spot sonce the homeless lady was camping in lobby back on February and is July! I know its not a stain because it was from raw hamburger meat she had opened. First she had on counter and she threw ro floor when i came in.

This is the second time that my packages have gotten stolen from the post office on W. 10th St. I was supposed to receive a package on Friday, June 28. My tracking number says it is there at the post office so I emailed them. They finally called me back and they’re like oh we got it but then it said to ship to the place with that sent it to us lies the tracking number. Still says it’s there at their post office. Otherwise it would say shipped back! It’s sad to say I absolutely cannot trust the post office of all places you know where’s a great place to get your package and to take packages to get delivered UPS on West 10th by Safeway love them, professional, fast, easy never disappointed!

Marria helped me out Today BIG time! I waa mailing an item I sold on Ebay and had no clue what I was doing (Im sure thats every ohter person). She kindly took over and helped me get a QR code. I really could not thank you enough for your Kindness when it seems to be SO rare these days. You are a Rockstar, and I appreciate your time.

It's the post office?? Honestly, the guy that helped me was very quick and professional. But other than that, it's just the post office. Go in, do what you need to do and leave

Employees here are very professional and courteous. For as many customers they get, there is a minimum wait. Facility is always well maintained and clean.

What a bunch of lazy people that work at the post office. They have on my package tracking they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home. Lazy and liars what they are because no notice with any information was left on my door on the third floor of my apartment and nothing in my mailbox. People at the usps just do the job you accepted to do when you were hired stop being soooo dang lazy.

Once again, a package was labeled “attempted to deliver, now being held at post office” yet, no knocks on door, property cameras never activated, nothing in mailbox. Laziness and lying is a terrible trait to have from a post office. I would rather have delivery by pigeon than the trash USPS continues to do.

Have been getting mail service from this branch for 2.5 years now and can not have ever imagined the amount of issues we would encounter with the driver. She has been disrespectful, cursed at my wife, thrown our packages over a fence , broke our mail box door and many more. We have video and images of all the encounters and have reported them with no success to the USPS office. This office will not admit the drivers behavior even with evidence and say our home is “too far from mail box to deliver packages”. We look forward to days when someone covers her shift because everyone that has covered her shift has delivered successfully and is very friendly as well as respectful. Next option will be to share all videos/images and voice recordings with the news channels maybe they’ll pay attention then.

I stopped in today to send a package. I am currently have my dominant hand in a cast. Tony did not hesitate to help me select an appropriate envelope. He then wrote my entire label for me. The last couple weeks, I've just struggled thru writing the best I could. It was such a blessing. Thank you, Tony.

This past week all 3 packages of mine have been lost by USPS. Seriously, 3 packages to the same person in 1 week. Starting to think these are being stolen.
