Not happy with you guys. Got the Wistron VZ internet Gateway for free for 30 days. You guys have it on my bill already. It has not been 30 days yet. Not paying it. Will be taking it back tomorrow to this actual location where I got. All this, and being charge for two numbers on my phone for a year before leaving phone services with you guys. All I know is I better get credited. I’m leaving completely.

* I'd like to add that a month has gone by and the Verizon store's reply to this review is just for show. I've reached out with their instructions, twice and NOTHING! * Let me first say that they don't even have a published number to call them, directly at the store. When you call it is directed to a call center that then tries to sell other things to you and is of no help of resolving billing issues. I am currently on hold for the 6th time and the 6th phone number STILL NOT ABLE TO REACH THE STORE! The salesperson, Jake, lied about multiple things to get us to buy new phones because of the "promotions going on that weekend only". Verizon call center reps separate themselves from anything that the VERIZON stores say or do, and it is a vicious cycle. They have really gone downhill and we have been customers for years! I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy!

I wish I could provide start to individual staff. We went in to switch lines over to a combined account and upgrade phones. The first person who helped us gave wrong information and told us to call customer support instead of being able to help us. The customer support person told us that what we were told was wrong and we had to do the process differently.
Finally Justin came over to help us and he knew exactly what to do to get our lines transferred and then set up with phone upgrades! He should get a raise or be in charge because he was able to answer all questions and do everything we needed. We recommend working with Justin if you go to the store! He gets 5 stars and that other person should have 0 stars.

I love Verizon, but this location is a disaster. I went in to upgrade my phone and from the start, the guy greeting us at the door started trying to sell us on switching our internet to Verizon. Then we were assigned to this older lady who was just plain rude the whole time. There truly was not a time she wasn’t trying to also sell us on some upgrade. All of the “upgrades” she offered would end up costing us more money than just me buying a new phone. She even tried to tell us we could add a line and pay for it monthly so we could get a “free” Apple Watch.. which also would cost us more money. Everytime she would try to sneak something in for us to pay more for her commission she would tell us what we were going to do by saying things like ‘you’re going to do this upgrade and it will add this cost into your bill but it will be better for you.. etc’. That’s how they sneak stuff past you or at least try to. Everytime we would say no we’re not interested in her upgrades she would become rude and act like we were illiterate for not taking her bait. This store is no different than getting scammed over the phone.. only difference is it’s in person. You are much better off handling things you need on Verizon.com. She also said we would receive the new phone overnight, yet it’s actually going to be 3-5 business days. So if you are wanting to pay more or have these people try to sell you anything and everything, visit this location.

Pretty good service when it's available. I would not recommend waiting patiently and politely and possibly remind them multiple times that you are not there to simply hang out or they will let you sit there. I ended up leaving.

Michelle worked tirelessly and even stayed after closing to help rid an error of my phone that was preventing it from working. Her and the manager on duty were friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a fantastic experience at this Verizon Store with John Ebara about a week ago! I went in to upgrade my phone as it was paid off, he fully took care of me and got me the best deal! Once the transition was complete I had some additional questions on the bill and the changes and he took the time to go over them with me and explain everything in more depth. Honestly best Verizon Experience in a long time would recommend this location!
