Google keeps deleting my review so let's see if this goes through. Don't do business with this store. They charge me a 30 dollar upgrade fee and a 67 dollar set up fee. They did not activate my phone or transfer any data from my old phone to the new one. My question is why are they charging a set up fee if they are literally not setting up anything on the phone. Whoever manages the online reviews has managed to block my review of this store twice. Do not do business with this store or verizon in general.

Gabriella was the best! She helped me transfer with ease and answered all my questions efficiently! She is a super nice person! I definitely recommend to go to her if you are looking for upgrades, transferring, or buying new phones!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE! Employees need more training along with the manager. My niece went to purchase a phone. During check out, the sales person ran her debit card several times. The store took her $$$ out from her account (verified with her bank). Then the sales person stated the transaction failed, however the payment was taken from the account. Manager then stated it was due to "system error" and my niece's money would be debited back to her account. Well 4 days later no refund. Went back to the store a few days later to check on the refund and spoke with the manager. Manager, DID NOT HAVE EYE CONTACT with us. He checked the account and said it will take another 2-3 days for the refund. It was a debit card and the refund process should have been immediate. I asked for a copy of the transaction and the manager stated he couldn't give me one. The we asked if we could picture of the transaction. Manager stated "No we couldn't do that because it was an Ipad". Asked if that was all he could do, he stated yes. BOGUS!!!Just for FYI If a response is going to occur don not patronize me by a standard response.

The employee told me my bill would be cheaper, instead added MULTIPLE bundles and things I specifically said NO to. They gave me the WRONG APPLE WATCH but charged me for the new one ? been with Verizon since they started there company. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I try really hard not to make bad reviews on businesses but this one was just TOO much. Our bill went from 300$ a month (already very expensive) to 900$! Yes. You read that right 900 DOLLARS. So disappointed smh. They told me to we would get credited. No. We got “debted” Do yourself a favor and go to another store!!

Verizon store at center place location I would avoid at all cost. 7 of our family switched over to business plan and was deceived about the cost and credit. 5 of us had xfinity for years and had to pay off our phones from xfinity to switch over to Verizon and port over phones. Had to pay over $2200 to pay off phones to switch over but did it because in the long term we would eventually save money. To make a very long story short we have spent countless hours on phone and in store and then found out about a week ago we were lied to about the cost of plan and credits. Plan on filing lawsuit in small claims court against store for deceptive business practices and all of us are looking for other companies to switch to. I have never dealt with such a scandalous company in my life. Advice is to stay away from Verizon!!!

Interesting how this store does not have their staff acknowledge customers upon entering, instead you have to scan the barcode to be acknowledged; what if you don't have a phone!In My case I lost My phone and have had an extremely difficult time trying to have Verizon release Me/My account.It was a perfect opportunity for Me to switch carriers.The blonde female manager is not very pleasant to deal with either!

I had done an upgrade online and went into the store to receive the phone. Gabriella greeted me at the door with a friendly face and helped work out all the kinks. She went the extra mile and fixed a bunch of issues I was having. I highly recommend this Verizon store even if it is out of the way!

I know there are some not so great ratings here but I have to say our experience at the Centerplace store was FLAWLESS. We all needed new phones so we went and our Verizon agent was JUSTIN...he got to us quickly even though the store was packed, found tons of perks and discounts for us, to the point where we left the store with a new iphone pro max for everyone in our family, while paying about $80 less per month with our old plan (and old phones) on Mint. (Sorry, Ryan) He was absolutely knowledgeable, tirelessly helpful, and just made it to where we got everything we wanted without having to spend a dime today. Could not have a better customer service experience than we had today. Five stars all day long.

Went in in May to switch carriers and get a new plan with Verizon with my husband and kids. The older gentleman that “helped” us put my husband on his own plan but said it was just to get his phone ordered faster and it would all adjust on its own “no problem”….big problem. It is now August and I am still fighting with Verizon to get the plans consolidated so I am not paying more than I should be for these lines. The store refused to help and just kept telling me I needed to call Verizon customer care. This whole situation has been infuriating and I am continuing to pay more on my bill(s) than I should be since I am paying for a plan with 1 phone AND a plan with 3 phones.

This Greeley, CO location has the worst customer service I have seen in any industry. They sold my dad a phone and told him he had free roaming in Mexico. After 2 months in Mexico and an $800 bill the store refused to make amends. My dad asked them to disconnect the phone so he could purchase from another carrier and they refused to shut it off. They stated they are unable to disconnect phone service. He paid cash for his phone and had no pending agreement. He has been a customer since 1997. But no more, is he a customer. Because when I got involved we contacted corporate and had his phone shut off and found out that the store only had to call and have it disconnected once they verified his ID. You would think after 30 years of being a customer you would get better treatment then rude and condescending treatment besides the refusal to help. Do not go to this store. T-Mobile and AT&T have better plans, cheaper service and better customer service.

Had to get an emergency replacement for my phone which died a rapid death. They were super quick and gave a great deal so we decided to swap my wife's phone as well the following Monday. They were way backed up and we waiting over 90 minutes before talking to someone. Overall, they do take good care of their customers.

*Updated from 1 to 5 stars.TLDR; Don't deal with the mean lady with the mole on her face.I initially went in to buy some accessories that were on sale and was told by the manager at the time that I wasn't allowed to because I wasn't a "customer".I went back in the next week when she wasn't around and was helped out with no issue.
