Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Dr. Knudson and his staff were very helpful in getting me set up with everything I needed. I appreciated the patience and thorough exam provided as my eye sight feels it has changed quite a bit. They have great promotions going on in store and the ladies who helped me purchase my eyeglasses and contacts were extremely helpful and friendly. I’m satisfied with my decision to get my vision needs taken care of at Visionworks.

Visionworks in Greeley was a fantastic experience. The service was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. I felt that the exam was thorough and the doctor worked with my concerns to address the health of my eyes and a good prescription for my vision needs. They explained the rebate on my contact order and provided the forms. Well worth my time and money.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding an experience I had at the Vision Works store in Greeley, CO, specifically with the manager, Dawn.
I had a confirmed appointment scheduled 8/20 at 5:15 PM, which was verified on 8/19. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that my appointment had actually been canceled on 8/17. It is extremely disappointing that the manager was aware of this cancellation yet chose not to inform me, resulting in a significant waste of time and an over hour-long drive.
In addition to the communication issue, I found Dawn to be quite rude and inconsiderate in her response to the situation. Customer service is essential in any business, and I believe it’s crucial that customers feel valued and respected, especially when such inconveniences arise.
I hope you can address this situation, as I believe it reflects poorly on the standards of customer care we expect from Vision Works. Thank you for your attention to this matter; I look forward to your response.

It was very close to closing time and the sales rep was very thorough in explaining everything and answering questions that I had. She wasn't rushing me when I was having trouble deciding what options I wanted. She was very patient and pleasant. Unfortunately I'm not very good at remembering names but she definitely provided 5 star customer service!

*edit* so glad you could comment here like you tried to help after having someone call me and basically tell me the same thing, that you finalized my prescription while I can't even use my contacts safely. I recommend staying far away from this business if you have any issues they will just make excuses and they don't care if the products they sell work for their customers once they have your money!

I recommend going somewhere else, staff was friendly and helpful until after I paid for my contacts, they know I'm a first time contact user and I made an honest mistake of damaging my left contact, called and was told they couldn't help me and they hope they fit well cause I would have to open my 500 dollars in contacts because they couldn't bother to even sell me a replacment contact because them saving 30 dollars is worth more to them than a customer not wasting 500 dollars because they already used my insurance allowance so what do they care if I didn't get the product I need. I'll never come here again and recommend no one come here.

I enjoy all the people & the kind help they give, but I don't like their phone recording answering service. I had to call 4 times to try to make an appt & finely I got a person & it was done in 2min's.
