I have gotten my glasses from Visionworks for years and have been satisfied. This last time was after I had work on my retina and tat the same time a lens replaced on my left eye due to a cataract. Apparently the prescription I was given was not correct. I appreciate the time and trouble the staff took to check my presciptions and my eyes and give me an updated prescription.

I purchased new glasses from Visionworks in Greeley in October of 2023, new glasses were great with the exception of the progressive lenses being too high, so would have to wear glasses half way down my nose to see correctly. I took them back and they sent them in for new lenses and when they came back progressive was in correct place, but now the distance vision was blurry. I went back again and was told there was NOTHING they could do, as the prescription was correct. So using my old glasses that are scratched up, and can see distance fine with them. I guess Visionworks 100 day no questions guarantee, is not worth the paper it is wrote on.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Did not feel rushed. Large selection of frames. I hope that the location doesn't harm their business. The Greeley Mall has become somewhat of a ghost town.

Whole staff went above and beyond for me. Some how my glasses got were damage le by some droplets of chemical not even a month from when I bought them. They were kind and very helpful in exchange the lenses at no cost. Thank you for your help this was a very big burden for me.

Went in for my yearly checkup and afterward wasn't entirely sure what all my insurance took care of and what payment methods they accepted. But when I expressed that to Kaelyn, she immediately stepped up and walked me through the whole process so that I better understood what was going on. Left with what I came there for, which was eye exam and glasses. But, also left with an appreciation for good customer service

Thank you for the fantastic help and experience of the store. Everyone is very professional and allows time to look and assist with sizing and fit as well as any clarification on insurance and cost. They are very professional and very helpful.

Today I went in. My glasses had my bifocal above the middle of the lens. When I pointed out who made the mistake, Ms Urick the store manager said well ," Well she's only human." She explained that my out of pocket refund could take up to 30 days to adjust. She didn't explain it would take my insurance that long. When I repeated what she had stated, " well I'm only human" Ms Urick said she'd continue exiting me and wanted not to do business with me and work it out. When I asked for her supervisor she stated that corporate won't let me call them but to call the 1-800 customer service number. That number doesn't take complaints. So not only did she undermine the importance of their mistake but lost her temper when I said I'm only human in my understanding as well. She tried to block me from speaking to her supervisor. I've gone to this store for years. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They're uncaring, and their ridiculous and negligent service is downplayed . Never go to them again. Unbelievable! The BBB gave this company in Greeley a C-. It should be lower.
