If I could give this pharmacy 0 reviews I would. Literally awful. I spend tons of money at this pharmacy every month. Tonight the 3 ladies on staff were awful. I started calling at 9am when they opened. They kept telling me they didn’t have my son’s prescription. I called at least 3 times after that to make sure it was received and no one answered. So I drove over there. When I got there both ladies working the cash register were talking about how awful entering my insurance was and couldn’t seem to enter it properly. I’ve never had this problem. But to talk about it in front of your customer because your to lazy is ridiculous, people here are sick and trying to get their medications. They then told me they didn’t even have this medication in stock so have to wait until my insurance approves which they couldn’t do. Oh and that their job should be this complicated. Then the pharmacist proceeded to argue with me about my children’s last name. I was picking up 2 different prescriptions for 2 different children. With 2 different last names and she kept saying that’s not the last name it was called in under…. Well duh….

I if you’re sick, don’t go here. Their mix and match sale is fake. First it says you can mix and match, then the clerk tells me that they have to be the same. I say, ok, fine. Give me 2 then I am so sick and just want to go home. But then they say oh no, robitussin isn’t on sale either when they are clearly signs everywhere that says it is. They kept me standing there for 30 minutes until it just had to pay $45 for my grandkids medicine and mine. Go anywhere else to get your medicine. Their pharmacist is running late as well. Who knows when they’ll get there. So no help there either.

After waiting on hold for 34 minutes, I finally spoke to Alisha. Alisha told me that my daughter’s life threatening medication for seizures was rejected because her insurance was expired. Her insurance was not expired at all. When I asked her to please enter the insurance info again she refused and said my daughter would have to just talk to insurance. She also refused to give her an emergency round of the meds to get her through the day. I called the Castle Rock Walgreens and Shannon answered immediately. She took an extra minute and found that Walgreens had entered my daughter’s date of birth incorrectly and had it processed and ready for pick up within the hour. I can’t believe we almost missed a dose and paid $400 because Alisha in Greeley refused to actually help my 20 year old epileptic daughter. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION EVER.

Terrible customer service. I tried to use my stepdads phone number like I always do and the lady at the counter asked if I was Duane and I said no that’s my stepdad and she said you aren’t him and declined the rewards. She didn’t even hand me my receipt she threw it on the counter. I will not be returning.

Tried to get a flu shot and vaccine today and Melissa at the pharmacy decided it was a good day to be rude - cancelled the appointment right then and there, and lodged a complaint with corporate. I will not be returning to this Walgreens for anything if I can help it.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever stepped foot inside. I’ll give the 5 star to Samantha who had sympathy to this ridiculous situation. I have been on the same prescriptions for over 10 years primarily going to Walgreens. I’m done, I’ll pay more to go somewhere else. Over all Lynn and the staff other than Samantha are lazy and avoid any interaction. One person working the counter and drive through while the rest just walk around like lumps avoiding any possible interaction. Then Lynn says from the back that my doctor is wrong and she is just going to take the liberty to change my prescriptions. Sorry, but the haggard old hippie lady at Walgreens isn’t going to overrule 1) my doctor 2)something I’ve been on for 10 YEARS. 3) canceled out all my good RX coupons and tried to charge me 20 times more. Then doesn’t even have the nerve to come up and talk to me about it. She just hid in the back, barking to Samantha what she could and couldn’t do. What a toxic environment, what an awful entitled pharmacist. I feel bad for Samantha for having to put up with a complete lack of effort from EVERYONE she works with. Do better, Lynn needs fired! Also, sorry to the lady I lit up at the front check out counter. You were just trying to help.

I usually have issues here but would like to recognize Samantha for going out of her way to help me afford a medication I would otherwise be with out. This may seem like a small act to some but it was extremely appreciated. Thank you so much!

I was having trouble getting my prescription filled where I live. I called and talked to the pharmacy, I spoke with a Samantha. She was so much help!!! TY Samantha, you are AWESOME!

Worst pharmacy of all the Walgreens in town!!!! Seems like they have more problems then it’s worth to keep my prescription here 2 days in a row I can’t receive my medication because the “ pharmacist is off duty”….. save yourself the hassle and just get your meds filled somewhere else or the one on West 10th.

This location is not closed. I work all over Northern Colorado and the team at this store is why I continue to stop at this location. Jenna helped me last night and was the kindest, most genuine person that I have worked with in customer service in years. She was friendly, quick, juggling multiple requests, and focused. It was just refreshing to experience!

Hung up on, kept on hold for long periods of time and get hung up on again. Told different things by different people. Quoted time so I could get meds before work, no meds before work, cool.

Never managed to make auto refill work. Decided to stop honoring GoodRx prices, and god forbid they should risk encroaching on their lunch hour to figure out why.
