I guess I'll just add to you guys' already stellar reviews. I just stood in your store for 10 minutes at the photo counter trying to pick something up, that I've already paid for mind you... and was flat out ignored by 3 different employees that walked by and the one who works at the photo counter right now. 1 person at the counter and they can't even say hey, I'll be right with you or it'll just be a moment while I help these folks... Nothing. Like I didn't even exist. So thanks for wasting my lunch ½ hour today!!! Much appreciated!!!

The pharmacy has problems automatically filling recurring prescriptions. This is an issue with other Walgreens we have tried.

Super rude and unfriendly staff! Another Walgreens was closed so I was unable to fill a prescription and asked if it could be transferred to this store so I can have my medications tonight. Response was I can just wait until the morning and get it from the other pharmacy because it would be too much work to transfer them over. Meanwhile here struggling to breathe with pneumonia and bronchitis and could sure use the inhaler and antibiotics tonight!!

Went to deposit cash into my chime account. Was treated poorly and told it doesn’t work after the lady at register looked at the money and looked me up and down. This felt like racism and discrimination because I am Hispanic with tattoos on my neck, face and hands. I went to another Walgreens and had no issues depositing my money in Windsor

I don't get all the bad press this place gets. People where very nice and helpful to me on multiple occasions. This location is 1000% better than the Walgreens in Brighton. Pharmacy moves fast and I had zero issues. I think all the bad press on here is from a bunch of uppity boomers that expect too much and are shocked and appalled when the world doesn't stop and bend backwards for them

Pharmacy sucks. I dropped off a prescription late in the day because I had gone to Urgent Care. The guy who helped me hold me they closed at 7:00 when they close at 8:00 he was just trying to get me to come back next day. They told me that if I came back in the morning it would be ready at 8:00. Two problems they're open at 9:00 and I get here and it's not ready and they say 20 minutes more. So I said ok, I'll be back first thing. At 9:15 they say it will be 20 minutes and to go shop in the store or come back. That's not a simple as they make it seem because I need to meet up with people at 10:00 and I am visiting from out of town. A waste of my time and gas.

Wish I could give this place zero stars! EVERYONE gives this place the lowest ratings for the way the pharmacy is run and the lack of service getting their medication s. This service extends to the lack of sanitary conditions in the restrooms! I saw what appeared to be a fecal smear on the floor of the women's restroom in one of the stalls. The toilets and sinks look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Even the mirrors are gross. On what planet did the corporate powers decide that the clean paper towels should be dispensed a couple of inches from the dirty ones? This is ludicrous! It's cold , flu and covid season and their restrooms are this disgusting and nothing is wiped down or cleaned up! For a corporation that brags about people's health and well being, this negligence is bordering on the criminal! BOTTOM LINE, DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Went in at 10am to fill a script for a tooth infection. Techs barely walking in. Told 1 hour for my medicine. I go back at 12pm and the guy adam never even filled it. Now waiting another 20 minutes for these incompetent employees to fill my prescription. Unbelievable. These are medications for people's health and the staff are doing a horrible job.

I wish I could give no star to this pharmacy. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. With the exception of one young lady, the rest are rude, inept and can never answer questions without going in the back multiple times to ask the pharmacist what to say to the patient. These are some of the excuses why our prescriptions are not ready or correct. 1. We have to talk to your doctor, 2. we have ordered it but not ready, our mail doesn’t come till 4:00 pm, and we need 2 more hours to fill it, 3. your insurance won’t allow us to fill it even a few hours earlier, 4. we don’t really know why it isn’t ready, if you can have a seat for a little bit, we’ll get it done. 5.If your doctor tells us to get it filled a couple of days earlier, we can do that for you.
Before transferring my prescriptions and my husband’s to this pharmacy, I had a conversation with the lady pharmacist, about one of my prescriptions, and she told me if your doctor sends the prescription a few days earlier, we can work on it and have it ready for you, which my doctor has been doing, but that is not helping either. My insurance allows it to get filled as long as 4 days earlier. My doctor has no objection to me getting the prescription a few days sooner, which I have never asked for but nothing has helped.
We live in west greeley and I was running around getting errands done yesterday , and the last place I stopped at, was Walgreens to pick up my prescription and that was at 1:30 in the afternoon, and was told I can’t have it until today. Now, I have to drive there to pick it up. By the way, I’m almost 81 years old and these runarounds are taking their tolls on me. Find another pharmacy, life is too short to be pushed around by people who don’t care.

Worst pharmacy ever. Their technicians are the most rude people ever. My mom's prescription says it's ready on the app but they didn't have it and wouldn't give her emergency pills. The guy and older lady in there was super rude to my sister and niece. Worst pharmacy ever. Either they get respectful technicians that really want to work and help people or might as well close it down
