I will never order here again I ordered at 7:40 and everything was going good and then it was delayed. I called and asked what's going on they transferred me to someone and then whoever they transferred me to picked up the phone and hung up. Tried calling 4 more times and wouldn't pick up. I'm beyond pissed and I will never use this store again! They are a joke!!!! Also if I had a choice there wouldn't even be a 1 star!!!

When the police are parked on the sidewalk and security is at the doors and all through the store, makes me feel I need to go somewhere else to shop for my safety

Terrible service. Drivers always screw up orders and sometimes give different orders completely. They’re always double charging my card every time I online order. If I could give zero stars I would. Never use Walmart if you want to keep your money safe.

This place has become a dump! Some people or employees just don’t care anymore.
Parking lot is horrible! Potholes, uneven areas. Just a mess…
I hate having to stop here. It’s truly by necessity only now.

Walmart offers a wide range of products at affordable prices, making it a convenient choice for budget-conscious shoppers. From groceries to electronics, their variety ensures most needs are met in one trip. The self-checkout system is a helpful feature, and their online platform with delivery and pickup options adds to the convenience.
However, the in-store experience can be inconsistent. Some locations are well-organized, while others feel cluttered and less maintained. Product availability is also an issue, as popular items are frequently out of stock. Staff assistance varies—some employees are very helpful, while others can be hard to find or less engaged.
It’s is great for affordability and convenience, but improvements in customer service, store upkeep, and inventory management would enhance the shopping experience.

Walmart is Walmart. Usually too few checkouts. The self check has to be guarded by an employee so if they are short staffed there is no self checkouts available. To be honest every time I stop at this store, at some point I wonder, Why did I come here?....

I've been shopping at this walmart for over 2 years, left a four star review this entire time but today, i witnessed 2 deaf customers treated with extreme disrespect in the haircare isle with all the conditioners and shampoos. 2 deaf customers were waiting for the lock case to be opened for some shampoo and conditioner when an employee got there, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to these 2 deaf customers. The one customer was trying to communicate through pictures on the walmart website of the products she needed and the employee was very aggitated despite this deaf employee trying to use sign and pictures to communicate. The employee got severely frustrated and was YELLING in the customers face "WHAT DO YOU WANT" as the deaf customer anxiously pointed at things on her phone and showed more pictures. She made no attempt to communicate and was incredibly rude with her tone. Deaf people should NOT be treated any differently than hearing people. They were treated as if they were stupid. It was appalling to witness as a bystander and i left very angrily, not getting ehat i needed as I was deeply disturbed by this woman's lack of empathy and communication. I've worked at walmart, other retail stores, and fast food. I can understand losing patience with customers but to not even attwmpt to communicate through a communication barrier is honestly unacceptable. The employee i speak of had a layered, very short bob, brown with blonde highlights, was on the heavier side, and was white. She should have no place working with the general public if she is going to be as disrespectful as she was today.

Over the last few years, the Evans, CO store has really done a great job with hiring wonderful employees and management folks. The presence of security and law enforcement is welcomed

Yesterday I ordered some tires on the Walmart application and it gave me the option if I wanted them to be placed there so I made an appointment and chose one of the times that were available which was six in the afternoon seven in the afternoon when I arrived at the shop on The guy who helped me was asking a lot of questions, he was asking a lot of problems because it was obvious that he didn't want to do the work, that if you sit me down, I had a little air that the pearls did. And well, for me it was really uncomfortable because I felt that they didn't want to serve me. I have already bought tires not here in California at the Walmart in California I bought some tires for one of my cars and I went before they put them on and they never asked me so many questions or so much problem so I thought it would be the same here I liked the service they gave me there that's why here I decided to do the same and buy them at Walmart so the guy told me OK, they're going to put them on so I should go inside so I told him that's fine and he's going to do some shopping inside the store and then I came back which when I was doing my shopping In the store he calls me and sends me a message to tell me that if I can go to where I had my car then I go back and he tells me that they can't put them on because those are not the tires for the car so if in the application where I bought them tires the application is telling me that they are the tires for my car because he tells me no so I turned around and looked at my car and in my car they did not remove a single tire they did not try to put any tires on it and I I said you didn't even take the tires off, right, and he told me it's not that those are what's happening, the guys already wanted to leave, they already had everything closed, I told him if he had any other type of tires available there so they could put them on that one. for a while and he told me no, they didn't have any tires available for my vehicle and honestly what I thought and what you and what I felt from the beginning when I arrived is that they already wanted this is that they didn't want to do anything, they're guys They are lazy and I don't want to sound bad but they were both very overweight so I don't know maybe they already wanted to get home to rest and I was already making them too lazy now the application I paid an amount for my tires in the application and they are saying that they are going to return less but that I paid if they didn't even do anything to the car I didn't keep the tires I didn't even look at the tires why are they going to pay me less because they are going to return me less than me it is unfair And when I I said that they didn't do anything to the car because they didn't want to do the work, he marked it according to his manager and he passed it to me and he already said oh no no this is what this guy says that no no they can't put the tires on and to justify it too In other words, have good employees, have good managers because it is not fair that one needs a service for which one is paying and that one does not see that service just because the guys already want to leave.
