They say they close 5pm but at 4:30 the drive up is closed. Once I walk inside it’s a line of 8 people and only 2 workers.

Everyone looks mad, frustrated and annoyed. Including the manager with RBF. Very unwelcoming. The lighting is depressing. Maybe get more tellers.

I don't understand how there are always like 7 or 8 people working but only 2 tellers open at a time. This has to be the worst location and if you need coins don't even try to they are so unhelpful to their customers.

This has to be the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have been in the process of transferring a buisness banking account into another person's name for months. I have spent over 10 visits trying to solve this dilemma and it still not fixed. The problem stems from missguiding requirements, information being imputed incorrectly causing errors, and even just blaintent inability to complete the task for "experienced" bankers. My organization will be closing all accounts and moving to a more efficient, detail orientated bank.

I used the ATM outside. I was locked out of a different location and treated very poorly but the employees here seemed pleasant.

Worst bank in greeley.. they are very slow and always committing mistakes they should do a clean up employees nd if they're new, show em properly please.. and a caring manager too thanks..

Months ago they lost my green card ?they gave it to somebody else…I waited there too long till the other person brought it back.I didn’t do a big deal about it,because everyone does mistakes,but now each time I go to that same bank they always do something wrong???

They charge me 5.00 mo. For my savings account and other illegal feesThey responded with an email but it doesn't exist for complaints. They need to be locked up!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Went in and waited for soo long only to have the representative not listen to our concerns. So if I were you, I’d switch to a different bank and I have switched where I do my banking.

Manager on duty on October 12th, 2021 A.M was really rude. She was working the teller. We told her lost a check and how to proceed. Instead of calmly explaining she was talking loud and down to us. It was so embarassing in front of everyone else. We felt and was treated like we were rock bottoms off the street who are up to something shady when we are years long customers.

I went and paid my overdraft fee at the bank have $168.88 and I tried to get them to re-open my account Again and they wouldn’t so I’m not coming back to the bank that’s why they get such poor rating

Worse bank ever! They will have all 4 drive ups open and no one at the windows helping! It's like they are doing their best to not give OUR MONEY OUT!?
