Been a customer since 2009, let me tell you it’s been a downhill mudslide since. Most recently have been these last few months. I decided to attempt to purchase a home, figured I already bank with wf why not give it a try. My credit score is amazing, I came up with the 3% down that was requested by the financial advisor I spoke to. Never missed or have never had a late payment for that matter. The people I was going to buy the house from agreed to pay closing costs, I had already gotten a property survey and home inspection. I thought I had everything in order, well was I wrong this “mortgage consultant” then tells me I need 11-16k in my account to be able to cover closing and down payment. Proceeds to tell me that there are not any first time home buyer options in my state for assistance which was a lie btw I found many. Then proceeded to ask if I could just simply borrow the money from somebody, idk anyone who keeps that much money to just throw at situations like this in their accounts. Needless to say, I changed my mind about doing mortgage business with wf. I definitely do not feel like they’re entirely behind the statements made on their mortgage website. Honestly what a joke, if I could seriously put zero stars I would. I feel like I’ve been mislead as they have “amazing” reviews on the web page, I can say from first hand experience that it was not pleasant at all.

Super busy every Saturday with long lines and long waits! Always a 30- 45 minute wait, yet Wells Fargo still won't open the location on 16th street on Saturdays. I wish my company would find a different bank that I wouldn't have to spend 45 minutes just to make one deposit! ? Photo below is after already waiting 20 minutes.

I met the most wonderful set of ladies at this Wells Fargo bank today. The customer service was Outstanding! Might have to move all my banking to this Wells Fargo. For my safety, the teller even gave me her lunch sack. I'm so happy with my treatment there congrats ladies.

RUDE . WAITED FOR WAY TOO KONG IN LINE. I HAVE BEEN WITH WELLS FARGO FOR 37 YEARS. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE . SHAMEFULLY I STILL BANK THERE . I THINK THE PEOPLE IN GREELEY ARE JUSY IGNORANT AND HAD NO SCHOOLING OR PARENTS TO TEACH RESPECT. SAD

I have a savings account that they charge me 5.00 fee every month. These guys are fraudulent by collecting illegal fees! The company gave me and email, but it Doesn't exist for complaints!! Only more criminal evidence for MORE FRAUD!! These people need to be locked up!!

Went to try and close an account after a death - nobody available to close an account when going in. Have to make an appointment for more than two days out, just to close a single account! Absolutely pathetic. Wells Fargo as we all already know got into major trouble for stealing peoples' money -- perhaps they are in major financial trouble again?

I’m not even a member here, and I am so glad I’m not. I came here to inquire about a service that my credit union can’t provide but was hoping Wells Fargo could (didn’t get my hopes up too much.) There was only one teller - who was extremely chatty - and a crazy long line. After waiting for too long, I very nearly left but finally got up to the teller only for her to tell me that I basically can’t do anything since I’m not a member. At that point, I didn’t even care. So glad I’m not a member there! I will be looking elsewhere.

As I type this review, I have been sitting in the drive thru for 60 minutes. There are 6 lanes operating. There is no reason any customer should be waiting longer than 30 minutes tops.
