Incredibly rude. I called to gather some information and was informed that I could not gather the information over the phone only via in person. I understand protocol but there is a way to deliver information without being rude. Using sympathy to be relatable would foster a better response. Asking if there was anything else you could help with and then hanging up as I began asking another question was incredibly disrespectful. Train your staff.

This is our favorite Wells Fargo in NOCO ! My husband has been doing business with WF for years and this is his favorite branch to work with. Delanie was incredibly helpful on a recent appointment we had. She was very professional and helped us with quite a bit of paperwork we needed notarized. She was also able to help us make some updates to our account while we were there. Highly recommend Wells Fargo and this branch specifically!

I drive from a smaller town to Greeley to do my banking at this location instead of Longmont. This year Jhon assisted me with banking special letter regarding direct deposit to an entity. And I deposit certain checks here. The tellers are always helpful, through, and personable. Thanks to them. Keep up the good work.

I had a great experience at this location. I needed to close an account and I worked with Ryan who was a breath of fresh air. He helped me, was kind, explained thoroughly, and was very knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience.

Do not. Just don’t. They find every way to take your money. For example, if you want to cash a check from their own bank they will charge you a fee if you don’t bank there. Corporate greed!

Do not use this bank if you want to keep your money safe! Someone hacked my account, took money from me and the bank denied my claim and allowed this to happen stating I "could request a refund" from the person that stole the money. If I could get a refund from someone hacking my online banking account and using Zelle to steal money (I don't even have a Zelle account) I would have done so. I have not "lost a device" did not "give my information to anyone." And yet this person was able to steal most of my money in one day and Wells Fargo didn't think that giving most of my money in $100 increments in one day was weird? And in that same day tried to deposit 2 bogus checks!? Instead they basically said, "well it happened and we know about the scam but you get nothing back." I'm going back to my local bank as they take more care in their customers than this sham of a bank. The staff in the actual bank is nice by the way, its the way this bank is operated that's the problem.

Thank you Delanie for your help! You made the process so much easier for us and smooth. Definitely recommend coming to this branch and if you are in need of working with a banker, make sure you ask for her! She will make you feel welcomed and has great patience with all your questions. My husband and I enjoyed working with her and are very pleased with her customer service skills.

I had the pleasure of working with Delanie McMorris at this branch the other day, RE a beneficiary and I have never had such a wonderful experience at a bank in my life. She was beyond helpful and helped me to understand what I was dealing with as well and the next steps to take. Its the people like Delanie that you dont meet very often in Customer Service positions but when you do meet them, it reminds you that there are some amazing people out there. Thank you so much Delanie for your thoughtfulness and kindness.

0 starts if I could. If you're a young person without much money, find a credit union. Wells Fargo will charge you simply for existing.
