I would rate them 10 stars if I could! Here’s why: they are available for questions and consulting year round, they stay educated and on top of changes in the tax code and actually share that with me in a way I understand, they offer a free update class annually to help you stay informed, they do tax planning in advance so you don’t get stuck with something you could have prevented or make changes to, they have online ability to schedule appointments or talk to a receptionist if this isn’t your thing, they are professional and kind, and they have high integrity and are trustworthy. Maybe it would actually be 20 stars!!

Please do not use this company for your taxes! Samantha was the accountant I've been using for the past 3 years. At first everything was great, I never had any issues with discrepancies on my returns and it felt like when I had issues she was quick to handle them. That is not the case anymore I did my taxes this year with her and she quoted me one thing but that is not what came through. My returns were off by $1200. I started reaching out to her in February 2023 to ask what happened and where the difference was, she ignored me. I started asking again in April, again she'd avoid the questions which began to be really frustrating. It felt like she just wanted to do my taxes, take my money and not have to talk to me until the next year. At this point I was 8 months pregnant so I was already stressed out and she didn't care. I'd call the office and it felt like they'd screen her calls and wouldn't set up direct times to call me when I'd be available to answer. They added me to a "call list" I told them that afternoon I had a bunch of meetings and asked if they could tell me what time and I'd make sure I'd be available to answer. They told me they'd just add me to the list and couldn't give me a specific time, so she called during a meeting and left me a voicemail. I'd have to start all over reaching out to them and then ultimately the same thing would happen. So West Ridge does not respect that people have jobs and businesses to run too. I think she just doesn't want to fix her mistakes so she avoids those clients. After I had my baby I reached out again and she told me she didn't respond because she thought that I had switched accountants. So she doesn't take ownership of her mistakes, and was hoping to avoid me enough to make me switch accountants!! That is crazy!! Then she turned it around and told me she was firing me. Never fixed her mistakes and I still don't know where that $1200 is, so that's interesting too. I switched tax companies and found out she's not even been filing required forms for S-Corps. She's not been doing itemized deductions, and has been filing my vehicle wrong. Working with these guys is going to get you in trouble and if you do start getting letters they'll ghost you and make it bad enough to have to switch so it's someone else's problem! I reached out this morning for the second time to ask for those forms the IRS is requesting from me and you guessed it no response.

I'm not sure why this company is reviewed so highly, that is what turned me on to them as well but what a MISTAKE!! God AWFUL would be a compliment!! I contacted them back in March and they scheduled me an appointment with my bookkeeper. Well when we arrived the 2 young RUDE women working the desk said my appointment had been canceled with no explanation but they did ASSURE me that they filed an extension for me. Well big surprise they did not and I just received a $660 penalty from the IRS for one company, cant wait for the next fine to arrive for company #2. Needless to say this tax firm is beyond unprofessional and has no integrity either! To schedule an interview with a client then cancel with no notice is really bad but then to promise that you filed an extension and did not.. Is DOWN LOW!! BEWARE OF WESTREDIGE ACCOUNT SERVICES!!! Unless you want to pay the IRS a whole bunch of extra money!!! And maybe face more severe charges!!!! I will be reporting this firm to the Deputy Attorney General Of the State of Colorado.

We were very impressed with Rose. She got our documents late and did not complain or give any random excuse as to why they wouldn't be done.We got a call a couple days later telling us our docs were ready... My wife and I were both amazed and impressed by here efficiency.I am sure this will be a long relationship. Glad our Financial Advisor recommended them.Thank you for the great first impression.

I am a retired tax c.p.a. (state of AZ) who has not needed accounting services because I could do it on my own with Turbotax. However now that my small business pet sitting business has grown, I do need help in planning and payroll and tax forecasting. It has been a heck of a time (and years) trying to find an accounting office and I am so happy with the service I have received after 2 visits with Westridge. I have met C.P.A. Eric Olthof who is very professional, knowledgeable, fast. Highly recommend.

I went in today and it was the best experience! I remember years ago going into a taxes offices and being there for hours. Sam was super quick, i was out in 25 minutes max. It's my first time doing my own taxes (no longer being a dependent) and Sam really made everything so simple and easy for me to understand! I was nervous to walk into a place where i could maybe be taken advantage of and my money due to past experiences but this was not the case here. Fair pricing for sure. She asked only only what she needed to and even informed me on things I didn't know so it was great to see someone as honest as her, trying to help out in every way possible to get the best out of my taxes. 10/10 recommended and the kind young lady at the front desk was also so sweet and welcoming :) coming back next year!! - Sonia C.
