I'm giving this store a 5 star because they deserve it. First off there is a lot of swindlers gunning for freebies and I see the reviews reflecting misguided comments. I wouldn't believe the lower reviews because those are done by people hating for being kicked out due to their drug use. The store and owner are awesome but it sure would make a difference if they had Mr B. back at work at this store. He was soo good to everyone and kept the druggies away making it safe and extremely clean inside and outside. Being him back!!

My dad went to get an Amazon gift card and about 5 of them was showing invalid and one was showing that it was already used...I still have the cards and receipts because we couldn't even use it. I think the cashier has something to do with this and we need a refund or at least a new card

I got my credit card info swiped on two separate occasions while filling up at this 7 Eleven. Both times the person tried to purchase from this same location right after I filled up and both transactions were denied. I know it was from this location because the CC record showed the same info as my gas purchase. I had to get a new card each time this happened. Either way, you would think the owners of this 7 Eleven would be better making sure their customers CC info isn't stolen. I don't have anything against 7 Eleven as a chain but I won't ever be going back to this one.

This place changed owners about a month ago, and the service is now beyond worthless. Clerks don't know what specials are in their store, and they don't know how to use the Rewards. I had to call Corporate 3x in the last month, and today was the last straw. System took my Rewards, shows them redeemed, and the clerk proceeded to not honor it AND told me I tried to steal the gum. (Once he got off his phone and deigned to ring me up, that is).I'm done with this store for good. If you need ANYTHING, there's a Circle K just down the hill, or another 7-Eleven right at Arapahoe & I-25.

Customer service is hard, but you can make the best out of it!! My son and I went last night and the lady in the counter was very rude. She was on her phone. when we got what we went to buy she took her time to get off her phone and check us out. Terrible service!!

So I am going to say this again. To allow a fictitious review about ME to continue to be posted here is defamation of character. This never happened. When the review was originally posted I posted something about it and it was because the day that they reviewed I wasn't working. And then the reviewer changed the date of the review. Either way this never happened and it should be removed. To allow this slanderous review to continue to be posted here could result in legal steps to be taken. The person who actually posted the review technically doesn't exist. Someone a former employee made up to do exactly this.

Bryant is the most terrifying person I've seen in any workplace. I was third in line and he was clearly taking his time with one person at the counter to make a blatant drug deal. Talking prices and definitely not about anything sold in the store. The man in front of me got to the counter and barely said hello before the clerk, Bryant, went nuts throwing things saying he didn't like his tone. I've been coming here about fifteen years. I just walked out. Horrified to go back. I remember the old evening staff. Where did Cynthia go? She held that place together.

Staff made my day the cashier was the most personable cashier I've ever met. He deserves a raise specially because he was working on Christmas Eve and we talked about Adidas.

The Young man who served me around 6 pm seemed to actually care that he was in a customer service industry. He was polite, efficient, pleasant and courteous. Hope it catches on for the other shifts and at the other 7-elevens

Bathrooms "out of order." Also could use more upkeep. Lots of oil stains in parking spaces. Need oil absorb treatment to keep our water supply reservoirs less contaminated. Pulling together in seemingly little things that cost a little extra like this, can make a big difference overtime for all of us humans. ? We are all one. I know that's "big picture," but I think this world could use a little more of that. Peace out! ?

The obvious racism at this location from the not minority employees is extremely exhausting. Too many incidents to list. The disappointment is, each incident occurred in 2020 & 2021, not 1960! Do better, enough of the hate of skin treatment! Cashier/Worker tonight 8/30/21 @ 8:55 pm is one of a few others.

After spending 100s of dollars at this branch over the last 10 or so years I finally met the owner. Upon buying a scratch ticket an hour after buying one at the same branch, the owner rudely shoved my away for attempting to pay debit instead of cash. Instead of just telling me I couldn't pay with debit as I had the hour previously he immediately told me he was the owner and to leave if I did not have cash. I understand there are rules but there's no need to treat someone who's been spending their money for years in your store this way over something so small.

The store doesn’t take Apple Pay and doesn’t honor the month of July free Slurpees. Apparently they can operate outside of national marketing campaigns. Don’t go to this 7 eleven.
