  Bait and switched on a loan with this bank. They collected funds, ordered an appraisal, profited from getting it then didn't honor the loan since rates were fluctuating. We worked with Brad M in Denver, be ware. We used a broker to source this lender and they were surprised this bank acted in this fashion.
