“I booked a private lesson for my wife and I for her 30th birthday and Derek made our lesson an amazing experience. His willingness to teach, demonstrate, and guide us to make our own ceramic pieces was fantastic! We’ll for sure be coming back! Thank you FLUX!”
“Very happy with my experience purchasing art fro Threyda! The galley is great with several options on many of the pieces. The shipping was fast and the art was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Happy to support these artists, and definitely coming back!”
“Love the artwork here. I've been photographing cars with the building as a backdrop for years. Always appreciated the building as a canvas. The owner is also very nice and I remember when detour used to paint absolutely amazing art on the side.”
“Such an awesome thing to do with visitors! I thought we'd spend like 45 mins here and we were there for 3 hours... I love how this experience is so interactive and hands-on. I also totally recommend buying both types of special glasses and experimenting with them in each room. We had an amazing time and I can't wait to come back!! Support the coolest local business in Denver!!”
“We had my daughter’s wedding at Space Gallery and it was a magical experience. The artwork and sculptures were magnificent and made the venue so unique. The outdoor area was perfect for the ceremony and cocktail hour and the inside was perfect for dinner and dancing. As the evening progressed, they had the doors open for cocktails and a wood burning fire pit to enjoy the evening. We would heartily recommend Space Gallery for any event you are planning.”
“Stopped in while walking around Cherry Creak yesterday with my family and stumbled upon this gem of a place. The gal that was working was so sweet, as well as informed on the items they carried. There was so much cute stuff, I just wish I had more money to spend. I will definitely be back for some birthday gifts I have coming up, but I did buy an amazing hand lotion that’s made in Colorado. It smells divine and feels even better. This place is so cute, and honestly, for being in Cherry Creek it was SO reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!”
“Amazing art museum!! I really enjoyed the Pissaro exhibit and I appreciated the FREE audio thing that would talk you through the exhibit. After the exhibit we visited a couple other wings and there was so much incredible artwork everywhere!! I would say that there is WAAAYY too much to see in one day!!”
“Long before COVID-19, this gallery choose to be by appointment and offering a full collection of incredible works online. Definitely worth a visit for the serious fine art collector. In fact all of retail has to do what GALLERY M has long pioneered. Highly recommend.”
“D'art, I think, is the newest co-op art gallery in town and it is one of my favorites. It is just celebrating its seventh anniversary (opened August 1, 2019). The members have been carefully selected and are all accomplished artists in mid to late career. The work shown is always of extemely high quality.
The facility was created for previous gallery/studio owners and D'art has made the most of it. The main gallery at the east side of the complex shows work from the 27 member artists plus the occasional outside show.
The separate space in the far east corner is the East Gallery which is available for 4-week rentals and shows a variety of work.
The other large gallery at the west side is the home of D'art 360, what I would call the associate members. Again, this is used for rotating shows of work by those 30 artists. The adjacent North Gallery has been used lately as a permanent display space with a sample of work by each associate artist.
But wait, there's more! Go through a hallway north of the main (east) gallery, past the (nice) restrooms, and you'll find five studio spaces plus the D'art Collection, a curated, permanent gallery of the main co-op members' work.
The members of this gallery are serious artists and the work shown is always original and interesting. The prices are reasonable for original work. Their openings are always worth a visit.”
“Had a wonderful time at the Founder's Dinner this year! The atmosphere artfully tied in the military history of this unique part of Colorado's past with the amazing artwork of the veterans. Honoring the 126th year of the very first VFW Post's creation, remembering the fallen comrades and those still MIA, reviewing the 2025 successes and enjoying socializing with the current members made this a great event! They served a fantastic variety of drinks out of a wonderfully crafted wooden bar that adds to the unique ambiance of Post 1. I look forward to participating in next year's event.”
“The absolute best decision I made for my wedding, was hosting it at Walker Fine Art. The art was stunning, the venue coordinator was invaluable and all the guests loved the space!”
“Justin and his team took our autographed Alvin Ailey Dance poster from their performance we saw over 30 years in Paris and made our concept a reality! Great work, good people!
Thank you Justin and Team!”
“Wonderful Gallery, Eric and Eric are incredible curators. You'll see some of the best art in Denver here, and music performances too, including Andrew Palamara.”
“I took an oil painting class here. I enjoyed it immensely. I also got to look around a bit and was impressed with the artwork available. Definitely worth a visit or a place to find an art class.”
“This is the cutest shop. They carry such unique and beautiful stuff, it's my go-to for gifts. They have really cute clothes, jewelry and home goods too, and I love that they feature local artists. I've been going here for years but was finally inspired to write a review after the exceptional customer service I received last time I was there. When I was checking out, the shop keeper asked if my purchase was a gift, then went above and beyond in wrapping it beautifully. Highly recommend stopping by!”
“I can't say enough good things. The responsiveness, the quality of work, and they're so fast! It's a joy every time I walk into their space. It's so clear they care about their artists, and they treat every piece with so much love.”
“Called up Ritual Tattoo on a whim since I was passing through town. Got connected up with Lena and from our first contact she was awesome. She took my idea and made it right for me as far as size, detail and placement. Outstanding work, her work was precise. Give her a shout! This shop is legit.”
“The artist's contact information is available online. I sent him a letter introducing myself in brief, to ask whether I might visit when my friends and I came to the city for a stay. Steve Hartbaur said we may. My friends and I visited Steve at his house, where he kindly showed us the house's exterior and the back yard. Steve explained his plans, processes, and shifts over the years. Many of the mosaic tiles are his own creations -- and a public example of Steve's tiles is down the block and across the street. The Pablo's at Syracuse and Colfax has a light pole out front, the base of which is a tactile and visual collection of original and purpose-made tiles. Beautiful, dedicated work made to engage the young and celebrate ornamentation.”
“YAAAAAAASSSSSS!!! We recently visited the Biyáál exhibit that they currently have open until the end of January. Beautiful art pieces and the space was very intimate. Jess was so kind and accommodating with all the questions we had. Really enjoyed our time there and we even ended up purchasing a print from Wayne's collection of prints that were available for sale. Go check out the exhibit while you still can. It's SO worth it! I'll be sharing with friends and family to get them to visit.”
“I went in today to the newly remodeled shop and found exactly what I was looking for. Two brothers have recently opened the place and I highly recommend this custom frame shop. Friendly, personal service as well.”
“We had a great experience at Interior Define! We worked with Britt while picking out several pieces for our new home, and she was fantastic. She made the whole process so easy and helped us narrow down styles, fabrics, and finishes without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Britt has a great eye for design, really listened to what we were looking for, and made the experience fun. We’re excited to see everything come together and would definitely recommend Interior Define—especially if you get the chance to work with Britt!”
“I attended this art showing to see some of my friends work. It's the first time I've been in a local art gallery. It was a fun experience as well as a learning experience. They had water, cheese and wine to nosh on. The art was fun and colorful. It was a few hours well spent.”
“The Gallery is located in the Annex building. It was not simple to locate for me as a first time visitor, but the College welcome desk employee walked my group to the entrance.”
“I experienced why this business has so many good reviews. Framed Image does an amazing job with phenomenal customer service. It is far from my house, but I will be back.”
“Perfect transaction all the way around. Art was exactly as shown and described on ebay. Chatted for a moment with a man at their warehouse to make sure ebay had my address right. He told me they don't have a showroom, but instead provide art to galleries here in Denver, and also in Aspen and Vail. I assume they do a significant part of their business on ebay. They have a huge inventory and I've enjoyed browsing their website, with lots of affordable art. I'm cautious about their high prices on noted artists, such as Peter Max, Erte, or Chagall, so my advice is that if you're looking for something significant, make sure you've done your homework. They encourage offers.Update, 9/15/2020 -- Another great piece of art, another perfect transaction.”
“We have enjoyed the bluegrass concerts for the last 2 years. Great choice of bands and beautiful venue. We did have an issue with entering the event this past week. We arrived early in order to enter and get our seat preference. Once the ticket taker at the front began scanning tickets, an additional attendant starting scanning tickets from the back of the line and allowing those people to enter prior to those of us near the front of the line. We did not think this was fair to those of us who arrived early and had been waiting longer. Also, some people allow multiple friends to cut in line with them, again, not fair to those of us who do arrive early on our own.”
