Great customer service. First time in an AT&T store and we'll be sticking around for a while. Friendly and informative service. Levi hooked me up and ensured I was making the best choice by asking the right questions.

This AT&T store has been great for me the past year and a half but especially today with a new manager Levi. He was very efficient and helpful and understood everything we needed to do.

Went here to have a line transfered. The store sign showed that they you open at 11:00. That time came and went and the store never opened. The store was dark and no one was moving around inside. We had to go to a different store across town to get the line transfered.

This review comes with much mix feelings for my experience in all hasn't been bad but have ran into some real winners of customer service that leds me to giving a 2. I came into this location for I wanted the Razor. The guy was great but told me he didn't have the Razor but instead a Samsung 22. I decided to give it a try but at end of day I still wanted the Razor. I googled ATT Razor and one popped up. I got my Razor which I love. I told the manager at the Razor location I'd bring the Samsung box back, he seemed thankful stating it would help him resell the Samsung. I unfortunately am not from the area so I couldn't recall which location I needed to return the box too. I called the store I bought the Samsung from and talked to a rep that later identified herself as Kathy. Kathy was very rude and hung up on me when I asked when the manager would be in by chancef he would know? Let's just say I def will not recommend nor visit this location.

Kain the new store manager is superb. He gave me the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. He definitely should be a district manager or regional manager?

Matthew is awesome! Matthew at this AT&T store is fabulous, he’s knowledgeable and patient and extremely helpful. Although he was alone in the store, he worked efficiently and got to me quickly. He also solve my major problem and gave me great advice as well. Thank you, Matthew.

I visited the att store in cherry hills marketplace and cannot say enough great things about Ruth and her customer service. She made an ordinary visit that I dread so pleasant and educational. Keep her as she is a true asset.

I am a long-time AT&T customer and I regularly upgrade the phones on my plan. Don't even bother going to this location. The sales associate told me that none of the 3 phones on my plan was eligible for an upgrade. When I told her I received an email stating I was eligible and that I regularly upgrade every couple of years, she said that AT&T sends out those emails all the time and the emails are wrong. I called customer service when I got home and of course the sales associate is wrong about my plan and my options. I hope the sales associate is not on commission because she is uninterested in selling anything to anyone. I have had bad experiences at this location in the past and I guess I am a slow learner. I will never go to this location again.

hi, my son and I stopped in to see about moving back to AT&T..it was later in the day, and the store was not busy. it was just us.We were greeted by Matt, who sat down with me to discuss the potential scope of my needs. I quickly found myself quite pleased. Matt explained the current offers, and I was frankly amazed. we chatted for almost an hour..I'm chatty. I planned to return a few days later to port-in my four existing lines, and also to add two new lines(for my now ecstatic 12&9 yos).Matt, along with his manager and his area manager pitching in, performed the porting and new line establishment, which included multiple device trade-ins with large data transfers, remarkably quickly and without any hiccups.I was able to add Direct TV Stream at this time, and the offer I received allowed me to add the TV service at my father-in-law's house, essentially for free. This amounted to a huge benefit for my wife's dad since he's never had a cable-type TV service.Rather than go on and on, I'd like to invite you to visit this AT&T branch at University & Orchard and see what they can do for your family and/or business.
