Dec 23, 2023 1:25 pm. DTC BoA Branch.I stopped by this branch to open an account and went inside. As far as the eye can see, no one is visible. I went to the very end of the branch premises and saw an employee. Until I asked him if he was free, he did not notice me. I told him that I wanted to open an account and I had a payroll check in my hands, which I wanted to deposit into my account. He answered: there is still half an hour left before the branch closes - so come in Tuesday!Imagine - a client came to the bank to open an account, and the bank employee said to him, figuratively: “Get out of here! We already have enough clients! I’m already paid a salary and it won’t increase by your reason“. I said him that if so I go to Chase - was no any reaction from his side.As for me, it doesn’t matter how long it is before the establishment closes - if a client comes in, then he need to be served. Especially if there is still half an hour before closing.It would be good if the management and shareholders of the bank learned about this attitude of employees (I hope only a few) towards their responsibilities, to the interests and image of the bank.

Really dissapointed the cashier help people behind me instead me the one who’s already wait this is unacceptable and no one in here happy to help when I am asking solution they say no solution 2 other person just chatting in their office so different from branch in near southgleen or in Arapahoe crossing everyone there very helpfulAlso if people say because Bank of America is big bank it’s not true wellsfargo also big bank but they never treat their customer like this .It has order to serve 1st come 1st serveNo apologies no explaination because you can do you just do it as you like

I am using BOA for more than 10 years and I am Preferred BOA customer and never had bad experience like this branch. It is not first time, 6 months back had bad experience then stopped going here. Today while passing that side thought of check again thinking people might have changed, I think people got changed but their behavior didnt. They are not ready to listen why you came there, if no appointment they are trying to put you outside the building as soon as possible and their response are very rude.

Somehow despite wearing a skirt and a having my nametag clearly visible on my outfit one of the employees here called me sir multiple times. I happened to get something notarized as well and found out that the notary didn't bother to stamp any of the documents I asked to have notarized. I think I'll be switching banks since the staff and services at your physical location were less than useless, wasting my time and disrespecting me while they did so.

Half the time I come to this location there are no tellers and they say they are ‘short staffed’ while there are 5 plus people sitting in their offices chatting.

They don’t keep the hours shown on the window. We are here at 4:28 on a Wednesday and they’re closed, despite the hours showing they’re open until 5pm Mon-Thurs. They also are not speedy at customer service by any means, even if you have an appointment.
