We have been doing our business banking with Bank of Colorado (Greenwood Village branch) for the past three years.I love banking locally, and Bank of Colorado provides the necessary technology and resources to make business banking easy.The personal feel of knowing our local bankers makes our experience feel personable, and we know they are only a phone call away to help resolve anything that may arise. Always appreciate the friendly greeting from Arturo, “Art,” and feel happy to be part of the Bank of Colorado customer base.

Wow! What a completely different and refreshing experience setting up my business account at the Bank of Colorado Greenwood Village branch from where my business account has been before! Arturo Herrera’s professionalism along with his knowledge and kindness is deeply appreciated. Arturo, Joanne and Hannah made me feel very welcomed here and Arturo has been very timely and responsive to any questions. I feel very comfortable with my business account being at the Bank of Colorado and am looking forward to a good working relationship with the team at the Greenwood Village branch.

Between my personal & business dealings, I have dealt with many, many banks over the last 25 years. Currently, I have accounts at 3 different banks in the Metro Area.The best experience I have ever had with ANY BANK —by far—has been (and continues to be) with The BANK OF COLORADO in Greenwood Village.Beyond the day-to-day services (which are excellent), every single member of the team has been OUTSTANDING in terms of customer service. They are kind, attentive, professional and beyond friendly.What a pleasure it is to pull up to the drive thru and be greeted —not like a ‘customer’ but like a friend! They even fawn over my puppy, Poppy, and ask about her when she is not with me!I LOVE this bank and the people who work there…from the teller Brittany to the manager Rachel and everyone in between!In this day & age of disconnected, digital & automated ‘customer service’… This branch is a refreshing example of what GREAT ‘customer care’ should look & feel like.Shelly

I have used Bank of Colorado for the last 10 years and I refuse to use any other bank. BOC goes above and beyond every single time and continues to be there for all my finance needs. The Greenwood Village location has the absolute best human working there, Joanne. From the first time I met her, she continued to recognize me as I would sporadically come in. Joanne and other branch members are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to help a customer. If you need a bank that will grow with you, with people you can trust, this is the bank for you!

Best branch on the planet. Yes, I like the other Bank of Colorado locations too but the staff at this location stands above the rest. I brag about my bank to friends. No one understands me when I glow about how wonderful everyone at Bank of Colorado DTC is.

I have been banking with them now for almost 3 years. I had an HORRIBLE experience this morning. I had updated my address with Brittany last month so she could send me a new business debit card. She didn’t tell me that I would have to also change the address for my personal debit card. So I received a phone call this morning from Art telling me that they have been trying to send me a new debit card (personal account) but it keeps getting sent back to them. Instead of giving me a chance to return his call, he CANCELLED my debit card. Without speaking to me or giving me at least a few hours to respond. So I found myself at the emergency vet with my dog trying to pay for the visit and had no way to pay because he thought it was a smart idea to cancel my card. No access to my money. When I had a conversation with him, he told me it was a miscommunication on BOTH ends. Absolutely not. Wether my address was updated or not, he should have given me a few hours or a day to return his call before cancelling my card. So my only option was to come in and get a new debit card, which is a huge inconvenience. Thank goodness I wasn’t on vacation or out of town, because I would have no way to access my money. I am VERY upset that he tried to even say that I had any responsibility in this mess. I got my new debit card from Joanne (the sweetest woman) and will be looking to bank elsewhere after this experience.Unfortunately this used to be a 5 star review but not anymore. But let me just say that Joanne is amazing. Her kindness and customer service alone truly deserve 5 stars. Art, not so much.Also when I came in to get my new card, he was planning on talking to me. But instead, he was nowhere to be found. Not surprising and in fact, even more embarrassing on his end that he couldn’t take accountability.

I have been with this bank for two years. I decided to go with them because my father-in-law told me that they were great to work with. But since then I have had nothing but problems with them. 1.) I requested debit cards to my accounts, and out of the five times that I requested a card only one showed up at my address. Eventually one of my accounts were closed because there was no money in it due to the fact that I could not get a debit card. When I went to get them printed their printers were down and the clerk told me to come back. I came back three days later and he told me that he mailed the cards to me… after I told him that they weren’t showing up in the mail. I Was getting my bank statements, just not the cards. They blamed it on the post office and after asking two more times he finally printed my cards.2.) $15,000 was accidentally deposited into my account, I’m fairly certain that the only reason that it was resolved is because I called and told them that the money didn’t belong to me and that there must have been a mix up with customers accounts. I hope it got back to the person it did belong to. 3.) any time I don’t sign in for more than 30 days I get locked out of my account and have to reset my password. This is process that takes over an hour to do anytime it happens. If it gets locked on the weekends, good luck getting a hold of somebody who can help you until Monday.4.)there have been two occasions where I made a credit card payment and the transaction didn’t even show up as pending until a week later causing me to think that the payments didn’t go through, so I made another payment and my account was over drafted because of this.When I called to resolve this issue, they said that they blamed it on the credit card company instead of taking responsibility. They then said that they had to check with their manager. When they called back they agreed to refund the over draft and told me that it was best to terminate my relationship with the bank.Every time I go to them with a problem their response is to blame everyone but themselves, and that they can’t help. They show no respect to the people whose money they are handling, and that is not a bank that I want to do business with and you shouldn’t either.

Account opened 2 weeks ago. Than closed 24 hrs after I was questioned about how much $$ I was going to deposit or if I was going to have a direct deposit. Apparently it wasn't enough. Reason given " Risk assessment did not meet our standards" what does that even mean? Never have I had a problem with a financial institution. Credit score 780. I'm thinking they have a liquidity problem and any client that doesn't offer large sums of cash are not welcome. A 3rd party audit investigation should be issued immediately. Pull your funds out NOW before they go bust.((( NO ! I'll leave my 90k at a credit union you've proven you dont deserve my time )))

Somthing is wrong with this bank. Avoid banking here. Very rude, There are much better places to bank at.
