I needed a rental for a few hours while my car was in the shop unexpectedly. The service at check in and check out was impeccable. The following day I took a call from an unknown number just to be told I had left my $1,200 iPad in the car and that I could come pick it up at my earliest convenience. Honesty, and integrity unmatched. Thank you Budget Team!

I last minute rented a car from this location back in September when my other car rental with another agency fell through (they over booked) and I believe the owner of this franchise location was the one to help me. He was kind and courteous and we talked for a long time amicably about the current state of things. I'm not from that area so it was nice to have a bit of insight from someone so knowledgeable.I had the rental for four days and it was good. I was upgraded because the option I had chosen wasn't available. I will say, when there was a dashboard light notification that came on, the owner answered my call quickly when I questioned it and it was resolved

Had a 7a.m. reservation. The person working rolled in at 7:30a.m. with his hair and clothes like he just rolled out of bed. Gave me keys to a car and sent me out to hunt for it and I couldn't find it after 10 minutes of searching. Went back in and was given another car. I was 30-minutes late for a meeting because of their lack of service. I returned at 4p.m. to return the car and nobody was attending the counter so I put the keys in the drop box. The next day the website showed the rental as still active. I called and spoke to the owner Kevin who said he would get the car checked in. Six days later the rental is still open and I cannot get my receipt for my expense report. I called the location yesterday and nobody answered so I was transferred to corporate customer service and spent an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved. This morning rental still open..... NEVER EVER AGAIN will I rent from this location. I had a reservation to pick up today and cancelled and booked with Enterprise.

Staff was very unprofessional and hated his job. Budget and Avis is inside the Sharaton Hotel, they need better signage.The Equinox we received was very dirty from the outside and inside.Not at budget standards!

Got charged twice for excessive dirt and sand, $450 each time. No email or text was sent. I travel for work and got a letter in the mail. No picture or nothing. Will never rent from Budget again.

I was in a real pickle when my phone was dying and the USB port in my rental from the airport location wasn't working. Swung by this center and Alfredo hooked me up. Let me charge my phone while I waited and then got me into an upgrade vehicle at no cost with working USB AND wireless charging dock. He's the real MVP

Rented a car here for 3 days, picked up and dropped off from this location. After returning the car, a $750 charge was added to the bill for a 'one way fee'. The bill indicated that I dropped the car off in New Jersey, some 1,700 miles away, despite me only adding 200 miles to the odometer.Maybe an honest mistake but it's still not been rectified and Budget is not making it easy, asking me for a Boarding Pass? this isn't even an airport!

This is a continued review from the Denver Intl Budget location. Needed a infant car seat and was given one for a toddler at that location. Spoke to Ashley, a supervisor in the area, and was told this location had an infant car seat. Drove to the location to swap it out and was told they didn't have an infant car seat. Person at the desk called the Highlands ranch location and said they didn't have any either. If you're going to advertise on your website that you have infant car seats, you better have them. Never going with Budget again.

Kevin was such a friendly nice guy and really helped us out when we needed a rental car fast. I was having a terrible morning with a different rental car service and when I got to Avis, Kevin really turned our day around. Thank you!!

Kevin was fantastic and so helpful. We ended up having to trade out our car, and Kevin was understanding and helped us out tremendously. He is in the Sheraton which has been closed due to Covid, but just a quick call to confirm I was in the right place and he came out to greet me. Thank you SO much Kevin!
