Not possible to speak with someone over the phone. It's all automated. I'll have to go out of my way to go into the branch now, which is extremely inconvenient. Don't waste your time calling.

Very limited staff on site- only one teller and long line of customers. Slow service. Still has covid hours and blames covid for less banking hours and limited staff. The irony is no one was wearing masks and masks weren't required which is fine now. But then you can't blame COVID for the poor service.

Wow!!! Worst customer service I think I might have ever experienced. I showed up at the lobby at 5:05 PM, the doors at the branch was open from 9 AM to 6 PM. I seen that there were people in the branch so I knocked on the window, A lady came to the door I believe her name was Dina, She did not have a name tag and refused to give me her name, And in a very smug voice with a very smug look said " Oh were closed" I showed her on the door that the branch didn't close until 6. She said that Someone had taken off the signs and that they close at 5. I told her that I had rushed over because I know that in the past the branch had closed at 6, But aside from that it was only 5:05 and I was not happy being turned away. After throwing the door open and going on and on she let me in to handle my business. As I was filling out my deposit slip, she actually called me crazy And I am almost positive that she mumbled that talking to me it was like talking to a dog. I have never in my 20 years in business been treated like this. I figured she might have been having a bad day or something, but by judging from previous reviews this branch has a really bad record with customer service

What a lousy experience. I went in with my elderly mother to have my name added to her account to help her manage money. After asking me countless marketing questions like where I work, how much money I make each year, where else I bank, my average balances I keep on those accounts, etc they tell me they can’t add me to the account because my father (who is on a nursing home) is not present.We had made an advance appointment to getthis done. The account title was clear. Not only was there no mention of this at the time we made the appt., but they also didn’t mention it when we showed up without him. They made us go through an entirely unnecessary (on many levels) process, collecting an abundance of unnecessary personal information before telling us they can’t add me to the accountWe will be moving the accounts to Keybank.

I have been having a very difficult time getting my name changed on my Chase credit card for the past 18 months, and was told by a friend to visit this location. I drove across town and was told they could schedule an appointment to help me at a later date. When I expressed that I have been trying to get my name changed for over a year and drove across town for this specific location, the branch manager took me to her desk, jumped on the phone and got the deal done for me. My review is not for Chase as a company, but for the branch manager at this location. She could tell how aggravated I was and took it upon herself to make sure my problem was resolved, even though she was about to leave for the evening.

Hopeless Bank. No staff. Existing staff is good for nothing. Most poor Customer Relationship Management. The center female manager from Napal is the most in efficient uneducated lady here.

Worst bank. Please don't go here. The expecting bank manager is very inefficient and takes 5 mints to say welcome. 4th time sent home after continuous cancellations for opening an account. Pls. go to other nearby banks not here as this bank is under staffed and in efficient. On Saturday's 2 hours before the closing time they decide to have customers not addressed.
