What kind of bank gets rid of their atm? This is the only reason I ever go in person and they got rid of it.

Chase Auto was issued three separate checks from American Family Insurance for an insurance payout. Rather than timely credit our auto loan, Chase lost the checks (although one was cashed and we were issued a refund which Chase then stopped a check causing problems with our bank account). Rudest customer service representative, Annette U767166, offered no assistance. Awful experience. Run from Chase Bank - simply a large thieving corporation.

I had deliberately set up a meeting with the business banker. Showed up early and waited for my meeting time. Only to find out they had double booked my time slot. They canceled my meeting, with no voicemail, text, or email telling me this was happening. Thank you for wasting my time. Had they properly notified me, it wouldn't have been a big deal at all. Very poor customer service

I would give them zero stars if possible. Nothing applies to the professionalism of the staff or their courteousness. However whoever made the decision to move the ATM into the lobby clearly has never thought about how people use banks and how useless this specific Chase branch is now. They don’t have a drive-through ATM and some idiot decided to move the ATM into the lobby. Why? I feel bad for the greeter who has to awkwardly talk to everyone coming into use the ATM. I hope more people have told them how asinine their decision was. Without a drive through ATM, there’s nothing good to say about this branch and that won’t change until they fix this egregious error.

Generally get good service, but i went in for a wire transfer today and Brandon Willis had a really snappy attitude, maybe he's having a bad day but no reason to be rude towards me when getting my information. The stars are for the kind lady at the front. Brandon made it an uncomfortable experience

We had our bank account compromised due to Chase not verifying info. We had $67,000 in our bank account and they said they closed out our account and that they mailed the check to us. I now call them 10 days later and they said they have not mailed the check and have no explanation. Luckily, we have money in other accounts but this is unacceptable.

Are you kidding me? I just called this branch to ask some basic questions and got a cheery recording after being on hold that "all employees are assisting other customers, please call some other time, Goodbye!"...dial tone. Speaks volumes for customer service. Will look elsewhere.

I get calls from this branch for my business, but when I go in, they can do nothing from ordering bank cards to notorizing.

I had a great experinece on Friday 02/24/2023 with teller Stacey C at this branch. It was was an issue he handled with knowledge humor and grace. Chase is lucky to have Stacey representing them in Greenwood Village!

Going to the bank doesn't have to be a time-consuming, stressful nightmare! This Chase branch is nice, small, and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They've helped me with everything from depositing cash when I didn't have my debit card with me, to making sure my legal name change was reflected in my checking and savings accounts. They'll greet you with a warm smile as soon as you walk through the door, and they'll resolve your issues quickly, professionally, and efficiently.

Worst customer service ever! With so many negative reviews, they still don't show any efforts of improving. Have been to the bank and submitted all the documents for adding ssn. The staff person called Dawin, he doesn't even know what documents are required and was searching for the name in the passport for ages. At the end, they have not uploaded the details. I had to call them and after multiple attempts finally connected and I was told that the staff person did not know that I should be in-person and asked me to visit the bank again. They themselves do not know the rules they should follow. On top of that they say that they called me to inform, and I did not receive any calls. Worst experience with chase. Just stay away from this branch.

I have a chase reserve card and chase checking and saving acct . Had appointments with banker KN. He wasn't helpful and is not customer service friendly. He was short and didn't want to offer and resolutions. The greeters was nice.

Such a waste of time visiting this branch or to open chase account. Issues never get resolve. calling customer support is a nightmare. Overall worst experience.

More and more Chase banks are an absolute let down. ATMs at so many locations don't work including this one.
