Nicer health club. Not top of line but offers a variety of well run classes. Only 4 lanes for pool with no evening availability due to swim team use.

Poor communication with management and staff members. We canceled our membership early December but were apparently directed to the wrong person and received incorrect information regarding the cancellation policy. I inquired more than once to get clarification about this and received no response. I would highly recommended going down the street to Club Greenwood where it only costs $30 more a month for a couples membership. Their communication has been great and they have many more amenities. Club Greenwoods cancellation policy favors the customer and they have been incredibly responsive with any questions I have.*In regard to the response from the owner below: I’ve been inquiring to get clarification since the beginning of December…the club was open and running then. Totally support employees taking time off. I was not directed to contact someone else nor did the person I was emailing with have an away message on their email. When I sent in a general inquiry in the website today after not receiving a response, I got an email back quickly from the GM.I was told the person I originally spoke with “does not handle cancellations” and she was not sure why I was directed to him in the first place. Not my problem. The associate I spoke with initially never told me he didn’t handle cancellations. After asking, he told me we would not be charged again in January because we had cancelled. When I asked for further confirmation I could not get a response. I reached out more than twice after that. There is absolutely no reason I shouldn’t have gotten a response or a reason why it took this long to get a response. That is an excuse.Overall bad customer service and today was directed to contact someone else outside of the club to solve the dispute rather than someone from CAC DTC helping:

Recently joined at the Tabor Center location so I thought I would check out this location. I feel bad for the people who are paying to use this. It’s dirty, rundown, and in need of a lot of work. The only redeeming qualities was the class time and the pool temperature.Whats going on CAC? Looks like you need to clean shop up ? because they are not taking care of the company or the brand.

Old, run down. Charge premium prices but provide old tired facility. Wellbridge senior management probably some of the worst in the fitness industry.

We joined CAC- DTC about a month ago and we absolutely love it. The indoor pool is awesome! Also, I think they have a great selection of weight machines compared to other gyms I've been to in the past. Lastly, the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!!

This gym makes cancelling your membership a nightmare. We were moving and went in person to fill out the paperwork and we’re told that the last time we would be billed was for March. It is now May and we have been billed two additional times. We called last month and the GM said she would get it canceled and give us a refund and that did not happen. If you need to cancel your membership, take a picture of the paperwork before you leave it with them. Do not join this gym.

They made canceling my membership difficult. I had canceled my membership in a joint account, and then they lost my paperwork and charged me for an extra month. The new GM Brittney made a policy that she is the only one in the branch that can accept the cancellation paper work and she was never in the gym when I was able to go so I ended up going a few times. After emailing with corporate, they told me I should go to the gym to talk with the person I gave the paperwork to. Well, of course, I had the luck that that person didn't work there anymore.Of course, signing up was the easiest thing in the world, even though I felt it was a little expensive. I paid $195 for a joint membership. But when it came time to cancel it was a mess.

Do not join this gym. They will continue to bill you after you cancel your membership. My wife and I had been members for almost a year before we moved and had to cancel our membership. We gave several months notice and went into the gym to fill out paperwork to leave. It has been 3 months and they refuse to stop billing us even after talking to the managers. They have outright lied 2 months in a row saying that we are going to get a refund and just continue to bill us the next month. The facilities are nice but you should go literaly anywhere else unless you want to deal with their shady billing practices l.

Devin was really helpful when I inquired about becoming a member at this club. When I visited the club the front desk lady who greeted me was really welcoming and informative. The club was clean and organized including the sauna, steam room, and pool.

Pros: not crowded no matter the time (hard to find a gym like that in this community), good parking, variety of equipment to use, multiple locations, variety of classesI got a membership deal when I signed up and was also told I'd get credit for referrals. I have not seen the referral credit on my account despite reaching out to corporate accounting above the club level (I appreciate Devin reaching out to them as well on my behalf).EDIT: After reaching out to their corporate accounting department multiple times, the issue with my credit has been resolved.

There is gym , there is health club .. there is this there is that and this is none. Spa smells or won’t work sometimes. Some self proclaimed cool people think it’s mandatory to be naked in the locker room. It was funny. Just a place where young suits act elite and subtly shame how members aren’t cool & elite enough for the club. Hey but my $140 didn’t need that elite stamp. The receptionists who checked me in were all good & pleasantexcept one little guy.. Cold people otherwise. Never will go again

We have a membership to the Colorado athletic club, at the passport level, which allows us to attend any of their facilities in the Denver Boulder area.We were in the area of the DTC. It has some spare time so we stopped in to swim. They have a great pool and a lot of good swimmers, including Jo and Robert. Both of whom were very kind and open to sharing Lane's with us. This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.

Poor customer service, poor quality, poor equipment, poor atmosphere... NOT worth the large price-tag on the membership whatsoever. This club is old/outdated, smells, & massively lacks in quality in every way. Needs a huge renovation & equipment update. They should be able to afford such things after stealing money from members from $140+ memberships. What exactly do you guys feel is worth that much money for your club?Very disappointed I joined this club as I expected sooo much more bang for my buck. I joined to elevate my workout experience & to deal with less of a crowd; however, even with the busyness of the gym & a further drive, I'll stick with my $12 VASA membership - they have way more to offer than CAC DTC.

I've been going to health clubs in Denver for 20 years. Done the meat-market clubs as well as higher-end clubs. Colorado Athletic Club is IMHO the best balance of cost and quality. My membership lets me go to all of them. Tabor center is one of my favorites for its ambiance. My top club is DTC mainly because outside the rush hours (morning, evening) there really aren't that many people. I think this is because it's in more of a business setting. Even though the clients and staff at CAC-DTC are mostly very friendly and courteous, I go to the gym mainly to increase my strength and cardio. At CAC-DTC, if I go "off-hours" like as in 9AM - noon and 1PM-5PM, I never, ever, have a problem getting onto whatever specialized equipment (Smith and other Free-weight cages) i need to use. Never, Ever. Wham Bam, I can always get the burn using whatever I need in an hour. As for equipment, ..they have everything, all kinds of free weights, universal-like machines, the treadmills, ball, bands, stretching apparatus, filtered water, poles, balls (opps said that), disks, pads, mats,..everything. And all the usual activities (yoga, cycling, group exercise room), showers, towels, personal care cosmetics, clean locker rooms, steam, dry saunas, hot tub, etc. What I really like is their large, indoor "football" field where you can do all kinds of cardio, flexibility training (with again, all those balls, pads, etc.) not to mention, laying down to stretch, or even rest. CAC-DTC is a hidden gem. I wouldn't go there to necessarily socialize but for a focused workout where the sky's the limit, yeah, it's perfect.
