Horrible customer service. I have to agree with other reviews, this place is always a mess and has poor customer service. I’m better off going to Salon Centric across the street.

Terrible! I ran in to grab color 10 products and they had nothing I needed, NOTHING! I needed neutrals, basic colors and they had none. I usually shop at the one on Broadway, it’s clearly run much better.

NEEDED trimmers today. Called.about them. I show up and they closed at 1pm. No notice on the website, could have told me when I called before driving out here. Have to work a.m. This really blows. I need a dependable store.
