After the recent hailstorms I had some pretty bad hail damage to my roof and went through a few companies before finding DaBella. I am so impressed with the service of this company. My dad and I met with Jordan H and Justin F today to talk about siding and windows for our home, which has been damaged for a while due to hail. They bent over backwards to offer deals and help us finance the situation, had a solution every turn of the road. While ultimately we decided that we would have to revisit in the future, these two were kind and understanding throughout the whole process. While I know this is their job, I felt as though they approached us as human beings first. And I really appreciate that. When we’re able in the future I will be running right back to DaBella! Thanks a lot for your guys’ time, patience and efforts.

This company had Justin come out quote us, it was a nightmare very high pressure sales and they would not leave- they were there 4hr (no joke)! But, we agreed on a price and then I could not open the file to sign. I reached out multiple times, but the rep ghosted me. The company then started calling me relentlessly (5 times a day/ all day), I explained the situation and they refused to honor the price they had with the rep. They instead said they would have to send another rep to quote us, and they could actually get it lower. I explained I don’t have another 4hr to do that, I’m a new Mom, we rent that house now and don’t live close. They said they would have some one reach back out with the original quote and crickets. This was after weeks of relentless calls. So unprofessional, the worst and weirdest part was I said you have the business, I’m saying yes, just honor the approved price and they just kept saying no that they could get it lower?♀️. They HAD to have someone quote again. I mean whoever is in charge needs a serious lesson in business, you got the sale are you really outbidding yourself? What a terrible customer experience and I still have not heard from anyone. The irony is, it’s the mountains so I’d probably still do the deal. Apparently this company is to busy giving quotes to do business, honestly makes me think it’s a scam.

Price point didn't work, but Kevin A., Brian M., and Ian F were all super pleasant, sociable, and knowledgeable. I got to spend multiple hours with Brian and Ian as they taught me different things about windows and siding that I didn't know before.I'm very wary of door to door salespeople and the "used car salesman" vibe. None of them gave that off. They definitely had the standard salespeople tips and tricks, but it didn't feel off putting at all in our conversations.Additionally, when the price didn't work for me, they called their boss and were able to come back with a significantly cheaper rate (about 2/3 of the original quote) in exchange for some flexibility with timing, which I would be perfectly fine with. I decided, however, that I didn't need to do any replacements yet, but I'll definitely keep them in mind if I change my mind and decided to want replacements in the future.Thanks to Kevin, Brian, and Ian for making my day better!Best,Gary Christiansen

Beware, future customers! I scheduled an appointment for a quote at 2 pm on Friday, 10/13, during my child's nap. I was clear that I wanted to understand the costs for siding and window replacement and gather multiple quotes. Kim arrived slightly late at 2:10, was friendly and knowledgeable, but things took a turn.Despite my clarity about my intentions, Kim and her associate Sarah spent an hour taking measurements for windows and siding. It was frustrating as the main reason I sought their service was to receive a quote, not to reiterate my existing issues with the siding. I continuously emphasized, "I'm aware of the siding issues, which is why I agreed to an appointment today; could we move on to the quote?"Finally, after a 60-minute review of window and siding products, Kim began crunching numbers. To my shock, her initial quote for 9 windows, 1 sliding glass door, and siding replacement was an astonishing $98,000 for my 1,300 sq/ft ranch. This figure was significantly higher than other quotes I'd received, making me question the value they were offering.But the issues didn't stop there. The quote provided was illegible and entirely useless to me as a customer. I had to repeatedly ask if I could keep the document to help me make comparisons between companies. Their reluctance to let me retain the quote, coupled with its nonsensical nature, made me feel like they never intended to provide me with a useful tool for decision-making. It seemed designed to sow confusion and push for quick decision-making, using outdated and, frankly, insulting sales tactics.At this point, Kim began "making calls" to her manager to discuss pricing, promotions, and financing. The situation turned tense and aggressive as she repeatedly questioned what I wanted that they couldn't provide. I reiterated my desire for a quote to start pricing comparisons and my interest in brick options, as it was a critical consideration for me. Unfortunately, it became evident that Kim was more interested in securing an immediate contract than listening to my specific needs. After three calls to her manager, the price was reduced to about $62,000 on the condition that I signed a contract right away.By now, Kim and Sarah had been in our home for over four hours. This was vastly different from the 60-90 minute appointment I had agreed to, and my family needed to have dinner. My wife and I had to leave the table multiple times to attend to our young children. Kim placed another call to her boss, packed up her belongings, and concluded the appointment by stating, "My boss says see you in a year when you will end up paying us $90,000 for this."While DaBella may indeed provide high-quality products, their customer service falls far short of expectations. Their sole focus when entering your home is getting contracts signed. The fact that many other low-star reviews detail similar experiences suggests that DaBella has no intention of shifting their sales tactics from aggressive to more client-centered. I was unwilling to do business with them during the appointment, and I can confidently say that I won't consider them in the future. I strongly urge potential clients who are simply "shopping around" to steer clear of DaBella. Their approach may not align with your needs or expectations.

Very satisfied with Dabella and their rep Jesse Davis. I was shocked by how knowledgeable he was about their products. He was upfront and honest with me about what my house needed and the best way to go about the repairs. He worked with me to get an affordable price for a much better product than any other company I looked at.

Jordan H and Marilyn came to present their products and estimate for our siding replacement due to hail damage. Even though we cannot afford to replace the whole house siding, they did a great job in presenting and tried to work our budget. They were both very professional and polite. We appreciate their time and effort.

Late with installation per the contract and would not allow me to get my deposit back when they were not able to complete the installation on the anticipated date. The GM Jordan told me (very aggressively) that I was unable to cancel because the material was already ordered but that I could switch to a different shingle that they had in stock and did so (after I was refused to get my deposit back even though they were unable to meet the deadline in the contract). Come to find out the material had not even been ordered yet, when I was told it was, as the original shipment of material was sent and dropped off at my house with the invoice showing the date it was ordered, which was ordered after he told me I couldn't cancel because the material had already been ordered. The additional shipment was set on my lawn for over a week where I had to call/send email/ text three different times to get them to come and pick up the duplicate order that was sitting on and ruining my yard and sprinkler system. Jordan (the GM) was very aggressive even after the installation, with not the original agreed upon shingles, and tried to force me to pay even before the final inspection was complete. Jordan ruined the whole experience with Debella. Will never recommend Debella to anyone and had siding and other roofs that needed to be done. Will never use them again. Terrible customer service and demand payment before the job is even complete!
