I've been banking with 1stBank for 21 years now, and have been going to this branch for more than 10 years. After reading some of the negative reviews here, I'm not really sure which bank those folks have been going to, but it doesn't match up with the service I've received at this branch. In my experience, they have always been friendly, helpful, and prompt in their customer service.

11/10 customer service! Everyone greets you right away and are very friendly. I spoke to Christie, Jes and Angel. All three were kind and understood all of my needs and took great care of me. I will highly recommend this branch to everyone I know!

I called to check if the had coin counter before I went down there and was hung up on 4x. I didn't get the chance to speak to anyone because they wouldn't pickup the phone. That's a bad sign. I use to use this bank location pre pandemic. Apparently it has went down in customer service. Shame really I liked this location. I went inside after my appointment. They'll gave me a list of banks with coin counters. They were really friendly but if someone would've answered the phone I wouldn't have went there.

On Saturdays apparently they only have 1 person capable of doing anything waited 30 minutes to try and open a checking account while 6 other people stood around.

Absolutely DISMAL bank to work with. NOT business friendly at all. Their fees/rates are not at all competitive for business banking, even if you are using the treasury platform and have high balances. They are simply not interested in gaining our business.On the personal banking side, if you need anything more than basic checking, look elsewhere. Need to transfer funds to another external account? Wait 3 days for them to set it up, then another 3 days for the transfer to happen. You can't do online wire transfer, direct deposit, electronic transfers, or ACH. If you call customer service, they are not at all helpful, and just read off a script that is exactly what is on the website. There is no ability or interest in trying to help you or get you to speak to anybody who can help you.Finally, I needed a commercial loan for a $1.5mil property. The website directs you to call a phone number so I did. Sure enough it goes to voicemail and I never got a call back. I was able to get the loan through another regional bank that I did not even have an account with.If you are looking for a bank, DO NOT choose 1st Bank. If you already have your money here, I STRONGLY recommend moving it to another bank asap.

Been a client for 15 years and it takes them 20 min to deposit checks ! Still needed more time and I walked out .Need to have more Efficient people working .

FIRST BANK IS THE WORST F****** BANK EVER! The only bank with shitty a** tellers and when you deposit cash, it's not available right away! They never have an answer for anything and they will tell you anything just to get you off the phone! My business with you guys is now over!

After so many problems with the Credit Union I tried (not to mention it's the only branch in Colorado, and is a 30minute drive each way -not in traffic- from me) I am so happy to have a bank within walking distance. So far, every single time I've called I've been helped. Magical. Just getting help was SO difficult with the Credit Union. Oh, and the most important part there are those lil dumsdums :D ! Having a great experience so far. 10 Business days to get Debit Cards. Why so long whyyyy and Monday is a Holiday- Though in a very helpful way, one of the first things mentioned when calling was that they would have normal business hours on Monday (Presidents Day) I really appreciate that! It wasn't some long drawn out message. I like the way it's set up when you call. It's easy to get a person is needed. It's been easy to do everything else on the phone or online. Also, there is the App, but I am unable to download it until I get my Debit Card.
