I highly recommend Greenwood Automotive for your car buying needs. I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Odyssey from Johnny, Brent, and Lindsey. They were friendly, helpful, and honest. This family owned business takes pride in their work and treats their customers accordingly. I did a lot of homework preparing for my purchase, and I was expecting to deal with deceptive pricing and high-pressure, shady, sales tactics. Instead, I was greeted with friendly, helpful staff, presented with upfront and fair pricing, and offered a great price on my trade-in. Car buying can be very stressful. Especially when you get pushy, high pressure salespeople that don’t listen to you and talk down to you. Deidre at Greenwood Automotive in Parker CO is the opposite. She was everything I want to see in a car sales person….knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, understanding, and patient. She did not apply pressure to “close the deal” after we told her we were just looking around on that first day. She was truly interested in helping us find solutions, even if that meant searching for other models that weren’t readily available on her lot. She actually trusted me when I told her I would come back. She kept in contact with me to ensure I had what I needed. The whole staff at Greenwood was helpful and patient too - very willing to work with me as I sorted through the decision making process. I wish every car salesman could take a training from Greenwood Automotive on how to do it right! Thank you Greenwood. You have a happy customer.

KYLE JENSEN IS A STAR!!! This is my first time working with an auto broker and my god, I can’t put into words how easy this was.I am used to going into a dealership and constantly being guarded, trying not to provide too much info, I feel a dealership is a fight every single time I enter it. And end up not leaving for 3-6 hours.Trust me, Greenwood Automotive was a couple of e-mails, they found the car I wanted, my car was brought to me, I signed my signature in 3 places and, that’s it. It really was that easy. I will continue to use Greenwood Automotive, Kyle, for as long as I possibly can. You will not regret going here and having them take care of your car needs.I want to add one last thing. Greenwood Automotive has a heart. And we know how rare that is to find these days. Try them out, and I know you won’t turn back.

My experience with Greenwood Auto was excellent! From the moment we walked in, we didn’t feel pressured to buy in the moment. We did however end up purchasing a vehicle and the process was smooth. They were able to find us a great financing deal and we walked out with our suv.

Deidre provided great service from walking up to the door to driving off with our jeep. She is friendly, competent, and know her cars! So refreshing to have someone who knew the vehicle we were looking at, including all the particulars. Very impressive. We didn't really plan on buying a car that day, just wanted to compare to other vehicles we have been looking at. Deidre sold us with her concierge services. Offered to deal with concerns (minor hail damage, upholstery defect). While we took care of the paperwork, she was off spiffing up the car, creating a new car feel when we drove away. True to her work, we got the modifications taken care of within a week with good communication in between. We feel like we not only got a great car, but made a good friend, and have a "go to" person for any other purchase. Highly recommend her!

They will sell you a piece of junk and tell you they sell the car as is and your stuck with it. They will lie about the inspection. They don't buy a car from here. Most used car deals give you three days to return the car if your not happy. This place does not. There is the first red flag. I have never regretted a car purchase before this one. I shopped for my Vehicle online. I put money down on it so they would hold it until I could get to Parker. The vehicle had upgrades that I really liked. When I got there, all of the upgrades had been removed from the car. They were nice enough to add new bars back on top, and even a tow hitch because it was listed as having one. After getting the Jeep back to the mountains on bumpy road I have discovered that it drives like a tractor. It crunches, bounces and tosses you over every bump. I haven't even taken it down a dirt road yet. I'm afraid to. They said that the suspension and struts passed their inspection. I imagine this is going to cost me a lot of money when I can afford to take it into the shop. The fog lights are out on the vehicle. They told me they were only $15 each and if I just loosened the wheel cover I could easily change them. I just spent $30,000 on a car, that should have been taken care of. Angry with myself for buying this Jeep when my gut said to walk away.

This was my best car buying experience ever! I dealt with Marc, Bret & Steve and they were all great! Kind, no pressure, helpful, and no time wasting. We were in and out in probably a little over an hour. Marc said he would follow up in a few days to see how I was enjoying my new car and sure enough he did. The finance aspect with Steve was quick and painless with no high pressure sales. I highly recommend buying a car here! They price their cars very fairly and give you good value on your trade in. All around a great experience!

To Good to be true. Got our vehicle,signed a we owe you document apromise by the Seller to a customerfor the delivery of goods or services.Sales johnny or dealership or personel did not care for the serviceof the agreement sign on the weowe you form. 3 duties needed to be done and only one was met. 1 Seatbelt was only fixed upon my request, only because I mentioned it in person otherwise no concerned for your safety. A desire for success in business should be done right the first time and not rushed, and to properly meet client expectations. They preferred the sale and not a customer. Unworthy poor decision. I was referred to Alex Yakobovich, who works for Greenwood Automotive, by a very dear friend. I had to replace my car due to it being totaled from hail damage. Not only did Alex talk me through how to deal with the insurance company, but he genuinely cared about getting a replacement vehicle for me as fast as he could. Not only did he come through with a brand new vehicle, but it was a step up from what I had at an affordable price. He even took the time to go through its features with me and was very patient. The customer care he provided is a rare commodity these days. Not only did I get some peace in my life, but I feel like I gained a new friend! Thank you, Alex, for your kind and caring heart.

This is our second purchase from Greenwood Automotive. My husband bought his Ford King Ranch here several months ago, and his experience is why I chose to buy here. What I love about this dealership is it doesn't have that gross dealership feel! They genuinely care & want you to have a vehicle you want, for a price you can afford. They also take care to only sell you vehicles they've checked thoroughly, and made repairs/replaced parts to ensure their clients get the safest vehicle possible. Chris Hassett was friendly & listened to exactly what I wanted (he was also our salesman for my husbands truck) Brent & Steve got me financing, and I happily walked out the owner of a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum! Every step was straightforward, and simple. Very pleased with my experience! I made Chris take a photo, haha. Thank you Greenwood Automotive team in Parker! You're the best!

There was a hail storm 6/6/23 around 4:20pm. I couldn’t find shielding because all the gas stations and banks were full. I’m new to the area so I called my father for guidance because I own a $75k truck. He advised me to find cover at this dealership because he purchased a vehicle from them, as dealerships usually have bays or the building has roofing. I arrived 4:35 as the hail was getting worse and sure enough 2 other vehicles were taking cover with an open spot available. When I looked inside the dealership everyone was at the windows watching the hail come down. There was absolutely no one trying to take action to run outside and park a vehicle in the empty spot. A woman came out extremely rude and said I needed to leave. I told her no and she stormed inside. An older man then came out threatening me that he’d have the cops called. I told him you all are inside watching the hail, how am I hurting anyone yet alone the business by being parked here. That if I left during the storm the spot would still remain empty. He went inside and came back out in a rage saying the “owner” demands I leave and that my truck is already “damaged”. I told him my father purchased a vehicle here that I don’t understand why they are so pressed about me protecting my vehicle as the others. He said he didn’t care I was a customer and he was calling the police. I called them myself and they told me I was okay to remain parked. The officer apologized this dealership was harassing me and said to remain put if I am safe. The hail simmered down, to avoid further mistreatment I ended up leaving. The way I was treated was VERY unprofessional and dehumanizing. I can’t believe they would treat a paying customer so poorly and use threat tactics. My family will never purchase another vehicle here.
