Sean will spend an inordinate amount of time explaining finer details of mortgage lending to any level you wish. Highly recommend for newer home buyers to fully understand the process. New American Funding services all of the loans we close, except for Jumbo and Down Payment Assistance loans. We currently service over 60 billion in loans, but we still operate as a family business. Our local operations team, who handles all of the paperwork, processing, and underwriting is amazing! In my opinion, they are the best in the business.
