New American Funding services all of the loans we close, except for Jumbo and Down Payment Assistance loans. We currently service over 60 billion in loans, but we still operate as a family business. Our local operations team, who handles all of the paperwork, processing, and underwriting is amazing! In my opinion, they are the best in the business. With over 26 years as a Loan Officer, I still love helping my clients get into the best loan available, by giving the best advice for your specific situation, encouraging you to ask questions, being available on weekends and evenings, offering options, giving you a game plan if you don't qualify now, providing great customer service, and by treating my clients like family.
