Terrible attention from the advisors at that branch, especially Kateryna Popova, who did not request my card when I went to open an account, and her customer service is one of the worst.

I've been with Key Bank for several years. I have not received such lack of customer service as I did today with Kateryna Popova. I needed to withdraw cash after forgetting wallet at home - I needed cash to fill up gas tank to get home from work. I have been able to get cash without an ID before. The bank rep would ask me questions to verify my information.Kateryna was not satisfied with that info and instead defaulted to insisting on sending a verification text via phone. I never received the text. I then called Key customer service and spoke to someone who was very helpful and said this service was down at the moment. I then got the rep to speak with Kateryna, who was also rude to the rep, and wasn't accommodating even when the rep was trying to vouch for me. Kateryna then curtly asked if I knew someone at the bank and I told her I've probably interacted with herself the most. She said she didn't remember me, why would she with her lack of tact, and again refused to give me my money. Highly unprofessional and a miserable person.

I am a new costumer in Keybank, I got trouble first days of my work with them especially reference to loan refinancing. My approval taken almost two months. After refinancing I am still waiting my title work from Them. Totally I lost 4 month but it is still continue. They are not response for anything : that is them response, not recommended ??

I am a new KeyBank customer and I haven't always had a great experience with Bankers. I did want to give Pavel a good review for my last experience at this branch though. He had great customer service and was highly knowledgeable. I would recommend working with him if you have the chance.

I first have to say that KeyBank in general I do not care for - AT ALL. In fact I would give them ZERO stars if I could. In fact I stopped using my account and recently closed it. Most of the locations I used never had enough staff, they were rude and the way they handle some accounts was shocking.

I couldn't express how happy I am with the service that I received from this branch, especially from the Relationship Manager, Steven Cartwright. I needed a new checking account because I moved back to Colorado from out of state and he went above and beyond to help me get this taken care of. Since I am in the process of moving and closing on a house, I did not have a utility bill to prove my place of residence in my name, and he found out a way to make sure my account could be opened and I could get my direct deposits from work. He even re-opened an account after I asked to close the first one I opened, because I did not think I would be able to obtain proof of residency in form of a utility bill. He took time out of his day to make sure I was satisfied, was extremely polite, and was the nicest banker I have ever worked with. Thank you, Steven! You are a very hard worker and so on top of it. Best location to go to!

You get one star since I can't give you none, they are friendly here.... Except I wouldn't trust them pulling out large sums of money, they might just short you
