My husband and I were client’s of Lucy and her office for years. Our bottom line is that the experience has been very unpleasant. Kim from Lucy’s office has been our go to person, Lucy has been very much hands off until recently with a claim. Her tone and behavior has been very dismissive and unprofessional. We have switched insurance agents.

I have been with State Farm for 36 years. I have gone through several agents that have retired from State Farm over the years. Tonia at The Lucy Buck Agency has done an outstanding job for my family and I. Especially advising and adding my daughters as new drivers to my policy, she has done great also advising my home owners and umbrella policies. Thank you Tonia and Lucy Buck Agency!!!!
