For 6 years I was having my auto insurance with this agent, my coverage was never offered for any review. When I requested for a review of my policy knowing my eligibility deserves better coverage and the rate, I kept being told, without any meaningful consideration, that it should be the best I could get.It was not until I finally decided to switch my policy to a better insurance carrier with whopping 35% reduction in premium, that I finally realized whom I was entrusting with my auto insurance. During the switching process, I had to talk to the incumbent agent, Miok Fowler, and found out that she isn't even capable of pulling the basic client information from the system she is sharing with the network, let alone she is neither capable of, nor willing to, bring up her client's situation for any review with the policy reviewer/underwriter. Her speech and handling the case on the line in basic English is so inferior that she doesn't even seem to understand what was stated clearly several times and was faking she was having a problem with the line.We are living in a world where competition is fierce and the honesty and integrity should be valued over anything. What we will need to avoid is the incompetency and the lazy vulgar mind of the people we put our trust in for what we can't handle all by ourselves, believing that the people we entrust will take good care of it for us. I should have avoided this Fowler agency at all costs.
