“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment.
I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”
“Extremely fast unload with knowledgable assistant to help me out. Note that from my experience recycling is limited to paints and stains, whether oil-based or latex. I was not abble to recycle concrete sealer or another sealer I had for laying tile straight to the substrate. However, they did give me some contacts for other ways to dispose of them.”

Extremely knowledgeable about all types of paint machines, the pros and cons of them all, and genuinely friendly, happy to help, and professional to total stangers. Going here reminded me of how customer service used to be. I can't speak highly enough about them.
I went in for an assembly and feed tube for my Titan 440 sprayer. These guys know their stuff! They had all the parts I needed and opened the boxes to ensure I had everything I needed to get the job done, today! Thats how businesses thrive. The right crew.

“I own a painting company in Denver and Sherwin-Williams Cherry Creek store on Leetsdale is our go-to store! We love Sherwin-Williams generally, but the staff at the store are next to none specifically the store manager, Sergio! Sergio is always willing to go above and beyond for us, but also answer any questions that we have an order special Sherwin products for us.
I work very closely with the Sherwin-Williams rep out of the store, Stephen Williams (no relation to Sherwin-Williams haha), who always answers my call at any hour and continually wants to help me and my business grow. When I have a funky color or stain, matching request, there’s an associate at the store named Zeke who really has an eye for color and is so helpful with products as well.
My painters love going to the cherry Creek store because they get fast service, where as other stores, we can be waiting a while. My staff love going to the cherry Creek store because Sergio and his team are so friendly but also able to help troubleshoot specific client needs.
We are so proud to call Cherry Creek our homebase store. We highly recommend them to other designers and painters in the area! I honestly cannot say enough good things!!”

“I had been to several SW paint stores getting test samples of paint for our upcoming paint job. This was the only one that gave me a limited time sale on those samples. $8.49 instead of $12.49. the store on Bowles didn't even say that had that type of test samples and sold me quarts at $37.50 per.”

From the moment I walked in, he was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and got everything handled quickly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in both his work and his store.
Out of all the Sherwin-Williams employees I’ve interacted with over the years, Brandon stands out as one of the absolute best. If every location had a manager like him, customer service would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!”

“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great.
