“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”

Extremely knowledgeable about all types of paint machines, the pros and cons of them all, and genuinely friendly, happy to help, and professional to total stangers. Going here reminded me of how customer service used to be. I can't speak highly enough about them.
I went in for an assembly and feed tube for my Titan 440 sprayer. These guys know their stuff! They had all the parts I needed and opened the boxes to ensure I had everything I needed to get the job done, today! Thats how businesses thrive. The right crew.

The service was not what the usual...it is what we would call above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and got everything handled quickly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in both his work and his store.
Out of all the Sherwin-Williams employees I’ve interacted with over the years, Brandon stands out as one of the absolute best. If every location had a manager like him, customer service would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!”

“This is my favorite Sherwin Williams store! One of my favorite associates (Jules) recently moved to this location and I was thrilled as it's actually closer to home than the previous store I've been visiting. This is a location that is commercial, meaning that they don't have a fancy setup. If you need paint chips, this isn't the place to come. If you want to buy paint though, they are all so helpful! Everyone is eager to provide you with an outstanding experience but I'll come back to this location especially for Jules. She takes outstanding care of her customers and is beyond helpful :-)”

“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great.
