“I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years, and Ace Hardware at Cherry Hills Marketplace has been my local hardware store for well over 10 years. The employees have always been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today, one employee truly went above and beyond to help me, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional service. This is exactly why I love shopping at Ace—the personal attention and customer service are unmatched! Highly recommend this location and its wonderful team.”

“I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.

After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.

Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”

“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great. “This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.”
