I placed a claim with the post office since im missing my package - they told me theyre getting lots of complaints about this property. And that the property is lying about their ability to deliver to our doors. The man i spoke with said they have never, nor will they ever, deliver to each door in an apt. So... where's our mail going, Promenade?

They check your credit, my application got denied for absolutely no reason. I believe they didn’t like my name or appearance. I hope I never go back to this place.

UPDATE 8/18 Sunday:
Fire alarms woke us up twice tonight- one at 10:00 and one at 3:30am. Fire department took 30 minutes to respond. System is clearly hosed.
Cars were broken into over the weekend in visitor parking. The lack of security makes this place a huge liability to even visit. Packages are being stolen and lost since there is now nowhere to get packages delivered. They aren't being delivered to our doors.
Oh and in case you were wondering, the amenities are apparently free and we dont pay for them, which is why they dont feel that they need to provide alternatives for any of their amenities that break. We were told this by the leasing office when we went to inquire about the loss of the amenities we pay for.
Yall, we need HELP. When we go to the leasing office we dont want to feel dismissed. We want our packages to arrive safely. We want to use the amenities that were advertised with the property. We want to sleep knowing that the doors are locked and people cant get in (visitor parking door has been broken for weeks among other gates with fobs). Does anyone in the office even walk this property regularly to check??
Please do not reply asking us to come talk to the leasing office. We have been there so many times and have been let down every single time. Communication here is awful.
We want a fix. Not yet another sit down meeting that goes nowhere at all.
They REALLY needed to have a plan before they put all of us out like this. Thanks for not putting us first, Promenade Place. The gym remodel photo looks almost the same as it was.
Where was the PLAN?!?!?!!?
MAYBE the pool will be open in time for it to close for the winter.

Location does not save this apartment complex. The leasing office is abysmal and will say anything to get you to leave besides a solution to whatever problem. Parking is a major issue as people are allowed to park on the premises wherever they want to block entry/exit (including places that say no parking or fire lanes). Even in the resident garage nothing is enforced. We have lost $100+ of packages due to poor management having no plan for package delivery during reconstruction. Amazon cannot access the buildings yet is supposed to place packages at our doors. The solution provided by the leasing office was to “send your packages to friends or family instead.” The locks to the outdoor gates have worked for 6 weeks total during our time here. Our apartment was actively flooding from a botched water heater installation and management chose to ignore multiple phone calls and a trip to the office to report it. There was ZERO mention of pending renovations to every single amenity when we signed our lease. The location is fabulous but we cannot wait to live anywhere else.

Don't come here this place is in major turmoil. Three months back I moved here; in my apartment search I 'd avoided any Greystar properties bc I know, I have heard some things; they were prime thirty years ago and have not been any good for years. Another company managed this place and three weeks ago I open my door to a notice 'Hi we're Greystar and as of today we manage this property'. I've never seen such an abrupt management change that was clearly unplanned and poorly executed. Since that I have heard zip by email OR paper from them, and they cannot seem to set up a computer system; we have to pay rent by check haha. Fine. Oh wait, they cannot provide a receipt for that bc, I guess 'Hi we're Greystar'! Whatev. Anyhow, in three months of being here trust me it is NOT the place to go this place has some big problems.

My boyfriend and I just moved in last week, and so far every day we find out things about this place that make it better and better. Levi, the leasing manager, has been by far the friendliest and most helpful. We love our apartment!!!

Levi has been the most amazing manager I have ever had living in an apartment complex! He truly takes pride in his work and it shows! The community is amazing and I don’t plan on going anywhere for a while!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only are the apartments super nice and clean, but the management is also incredible. They are so warm and welcoming, and take care of any issues right away. The maintenance team is also so efficient and do a great job. So appreciative of everyone for making this such a wonderful place!

I have been extremely impressed with the management here at Promenade Place and the maintenance team as well! There have been a few times when I have had to submit a service request and each time, the maintenance team is punctual and thorough in making sure things get fixed. Charles has always taken the time to show me what is wrong and why something broke and I appreciate the level of detail that is brought with each service request. While you never want something to break or need repairing, it's comforting to know that the team will always go the extra effort to ensure that things get fixed properly!

Moved in to Promanade Place. Apartment that i am renting had a lots of issues that needed to be fixed. I was expecting my unit would be completely clean and fixed up but it wasn’t. One example is balcony screen door was completely fell off as i tried to close it.
At the end though their maintenance guys Donovan and Justin were very professional friendly and knew exactly what they were doing which was great. They were quickly able to fix the problems that my unit needed.Maintenance guys are awesome!

First apartment in Denver and it was such a great experience, maintenance and office staff have treated us so great and tend to everything we need quickly. Would recommend this apartment to any of my friends looking to move to DTC.
