Agye Spencer has provided me with the finest sales experience I have ever encumbered upon a vehicle. When I called Greenwood, Agye picked up the call and has kindly answered and provided info on everything I've needed. It is also clear that Agye is backed up by fantastic managers - questions to the finance department have been answered swiftly, allowing me the best possibility in making a good decision. Outside of Agye, everyone I've worked with at Greenwood has been sharp and professional. They are also knowledgable about business auto loans. This is the finest Lexus dealership in Denver. If you need a Lexus (especially for your business) be sure to come here (and of note - I went to Stevinson, nice people, but I can confirm, your experience at Greenwood will be far smoother and efficient).

Comparing it to the dealer we used until just recently in AZ this is a step down. The Scottsdale dealer always sent our car back clean after service. My daughter had her Nissan serviced the other day at the Nissan dealer here in Denver and they sent hers back clean as well, inside and out.

I don't write review often but this time we are really disappointed with Lexus. If anyone here couldn't get approve by this Greenwood Village Lexus or is looking for a new car GO TO STEVINSON LEXUS their sales are very attentive and helpful . My husband and I came here wanting to purchase a car the two salesman who helped us are very nice and helpful . But the way that this Lexus dealership do things is just frustrating. When we finished negotiating about the price our salesman took our driver license and SSN card when he came out we signed some paper and application Everything went smooth and well until when I accidentally put a wrong address on the application and ask if they can change it. They rejected me and have their finance manager came out to me and ask if I have any proof of residency I ask her if I can bring it back she said no but who would bring any kind of proof of residency with them to buy a car and she would believe it and told us it is a red flag or could be fraud, when I heard that I was so offended by what that finance manager said to us. And then after that couple days later I call the sales guy and said I want to add my name on and they told me that my husband's credit is okay but the issue is my husband income and therefore they want us to bring both of our proof of income along with the proof of residency and we brought it in after that they told me we still couldn't finance for it because my credit is low and so if I have any family who could put her name on, so we decide to put my aunt name on and her income and credit is good. I called the salesman who helped us and told him we submitted in the application he said he is gonna go look for it and ended up there is nothing to hear back from him or even a phone call or text message. And that night when they told me we couldn't get approve the sales from Stevinson Lexus called us and said she can help us get approved.After all we went to Audi there is no need of proof of residency or Proof of income . Guys go to a dealership that treat you kindly with respect and trust . Greenwood village Lexus if you guys don't wanna sell a car to us just tell us you don't wanna sell the car to us instead of using your poor service. But anyways the sales is good just the dealership it self is disappointing. We are here because Lexus the car itself is good and reliable and we have many family member who bought Lexus we are not here because of how good or bad this dealership is

Don't be fooled by the pretty trappings, they'll treat you like dirt. They don't answer their phones and they don't return calls. Their "tech specialists" aren't specialists and seem to work 1 hour a week. There are three Lexus dealers in Colorado. Try one of the other two because this one is a train wreck. And I have the receipts to prove it. Really, spend your $50 - $100k elsewhere.

I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment and tire replacement. I experienced friendly and responsive service from the time I was greeted when I drove up (Eric) to the time I left. My advisor Eleanor kept me abreast of the status of my car, and even waited until I pulled out to make sure everything was ok. While waiting, I received a text with a video of the inspection, which Eleanor summarized for me. The facility was amazing: a bar with free (nonalcoholic) drinks and snacks, a comfy lounge (with a grand piano and pool table!), a theater with reclining chairs, a work station area, an outside patio lounge (the putting green was not in good shape though), and clean designer restrooms! For those with kids, there is a play area. I did not make an appointment far enough in advance to get a loaner car so chose to wait. Eleanor offered me a Lyft ride, but I turned it down. The anenities made my (almost 4 hour) wait very tolerable.

We have a 2014 RX350 and we're headed out of town to Duluth MN for a wedding. 50 miles after leaving our driveway our AWD WARNING light came on! We contacted our closest Lexus dealer and they couldn't help us, we called Kuni Lexus and Grace got us a 2:30 appt and Ngat was assigned to us. HE WAS AMAZING!!! When we arrived we were told how long things would take, they would text us and Ngat promised he would get us out ASAP!!! True to his word...we were kept updated via text, they not only got us out an hour earlier than they thought it would take, they washed our car ( we were going through buggy states so we kinda laughed). Ngat, the team that worked on our car and Kuni Lexus ( did I mention the snacks, beverages, drive you to and from wherever you want to go while you wait?), we're absolutely amazing and we absolutely recommend them! They really do care!

Horrible first experience at Kuni Lexus dealership. Appt was at 7:30 but didn't meet an advisor till 20 minutes later. The advisor Samantha Navarra was rude and short in her responses to my request to have a simple exhaust gasket installed in my Mom's Lexus. They first misquoted me to have a new exhaust assembly put into the car, which Samantha thought was perfectly acceptable. I got the manager involved and they agreed to just get the exhaust gasket replaced but made it an uncomfortable conversation/ hostile situation. I decided to take my another reputable Lexus shop where they value their customer service.

Since our arrival last year we took our Lexus Rx F-Sport to be checked up as soon as we arrived in Highlands Ranch from CA and were renting. We found Lexus of Greenwood. They throughly checked our car. Their service department was great. They were kind, attentive, checked our every concern. We did not feel rushed at all. (This was a new feeling for us) we have had three previous Lexus and we were always rushed. We left from our first visit feeling very satisfied. **Only recommendation, make a reservation if you need a loaner car. They need to know. Or you will be either waiting in the waiting room, or riding in a Lyft that they pay for**We were back one other time for a normal service. Again, great treatment. Now for the sales.... We had decided to get a larger GX with 4WD--so we went and had our car, RX F-Sport appraised. We were not in a rush and had to leave for a Dr's appt. So we went back after the Dr's appointment and we're told what they would give us for our current car. WOW!! SOLD. (We were more than pleased)The sales people were fantastic. They listened to exactly what we were looking for and brought out a few choices, it made the decision very easy. The paperwork was easy also. We just picked our new car back up from having the extra detail work we ordered for it. Very pleased. We love Lexus, we have now had sedans, small SUV, and the larger SUV. Plus, this dealership is Top Notch!!

First time coming here for service after realizing one of my tires was losing air fast.First, the bad. I attempted to make an online reservation several times, days in advance of when I could take it in. I was never able to complete the reservation because when I would go through the whole process of creating an account, I'd get to the end and receive a warning about an invalid password. Only one issue...I was never given the opportunity to choose a password. So...online scheduling was a fail. I will say that when I ended up at the dealer, I was told they just rolled out a new scheduling system that will hopefully make the whole process easier. Let's hope so.Ok, so I attempted to call during business hours to make the appointment. Well, no appointments available for more than a week, and no loaners for a few weeks. I'd just have to bring it in as an emergency visit and either wait or get a dealer-paid Lyft home. I guess the Lyft idea is a nice perk, but after given the estimate of 2-3 hours, and having really nothing else to do, I decided I'd just hang out. David A. was my service advisor, and he was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. His estimate of when my car would be ready turned out to be spot on. I'll definitely work through him for future visits. Having a regular service advisor you trust makes the whole process much less painful.The dealership itself is nice....good, large waiting area downstairs, and even a better setup upstairs. Free coffee and snacks at the coffee bar, lots of comfortable seating, and even a 'movie room' with reclining chairs. One guy near me liked it so much, he decided to just go to sleep and was soon snoring away! It seems to be in a decent part of town and looks to have several restaurants within a few blocks away. I might have to give some a try on future visits.

Samantha in Service is an actual angel. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my suck baby when our car wouldn’t start on a freezing cold day. The kids’ room at this location is also a huge plus for killing time with little ones.
