Tried to open an account here and they just wasted my time. First, came in at 9 Am with everything needed to open an account. At 4pm, I received a call saying she couldn't open the account because they didn't have a branch manager. So I went in and got the check I was opening the account with. Came back the next day, and was told by a different girl that none of the staff at this branch are trained so that's why they gave me incorrect answers! So I guess they have a branch operating here with no manager and no staff who are trained enough to provide accurate information, or able to open accounts. If I did open the account I was trying to, there would be a 9 day hold placed on the $20,000 check even if they verified funds. So if funds and check are verified and the bank gets its money in three days, why would you hold the money for another 6 days? So basically these guys wasted two days of my time and caused significant damage to my business, and that's before I even opened my account! I don't think Sunflower Bank is ready for the bigger market of Denver, because the service I received here was amateurish and was just enough to make me think they used common sense for about 8 hours till I was brutally reminded that they don't, and that their main goal is to keep your money as long as they can and in no way do they care that modern businesses that ship products need to be able to ship them within a day, not two weeks, or customers will go somewhere else, just like I am after wasting two days giving Sunflower Bank a chance.

Stacia Rabith was amazing to work with. It was the easiest account set up that I have experienced. The bank is very welcoming with superb customer service. I highly recommend Sunflower Bank and Stacia!!

A great bank to do business with and understands their customers' needs and works hard to meet them. Stacia, Ian, and the rest of the team are exceptional at what they do and make it easy to do bank with.
