Went to the store to see about changing my phone plan off of Verizon. After standing there for 10 minutes, nobody even acknowledge my existence. Definitely not a good start to a relationship. Walked out the door and they lost an easy customer.

This T-Mobile location is the best. They always happily handle my cell phone related issues promptly.

I just want to say that I’ve been an AT&T customer since I’ve had a cellphone. However, due to their inability to get with the times I needed to switch to a modern carrier. I dread going to stores and having to rely on someone to do things for me but my experience at this T-Mobile location was absolutely phenomenal.Justin was the one who helped me port my phone number over and setup my account with T-Mobile. He understood my requirements and set me up with a plan that would benefit me the most. Best of all I’m saving money. The whole process was absolutely painless. Justin was also very knowledgeable about the entire industry. Customer service was ??. Wish I’d run into more people like Justin.I was in and out in like 30 minutes. Ported my phone number and everything. Thank you so much guys!

Rude store manager even his subordinate is telling that is not needed of the process...he is insisting that no that is needed and seeing angrily at him...poor guy may be new or learning he is like okay I will do that...none of the stores which I will be regularly visiting on Tuesdays no one do that...I think that store manager need something for himself to change ? anyway I will block this off from my list which I will never ever go again...

Service at this location was friendly and efficient. The employee was able to pull up my account and get everything I needed quick and effectively. Its always a great feeling when you can go in, get everything accomplished and come out a happy customer.

Absolutely horrible ! I will NEVER step foot in this store while Jared is manager - I’ve been with T-Mobile since 2007 & to be scammed into a deal LIED to about my money that is being added to my account for trade in just to make a sale - & sadly it happen to 3 others people in that store with me too that had been scammed and lied to - overly disappointed in T-Mobile & sadly makes me want to switch companies after alll these years of loyalty to them

Twice on different occasions, I've stopped by this Store to upgrade my phone. Both mornings I have been told by sales Rep. that computers are down?? Yet other two locations have had no issues? Makes a customer wonder if they rather stand around talking..?

Horrible experience me and my mother came here and Bryton supposably the store manager tried helping us he was very unprofessional the way he talked to us was horrible and he was flirting with his employees I asked her her name and she advised me Lucy not sure if that was correct because she had a jacket on. Bryton needs to get some more training I won’t be going back there and I will be looking into different company to go to

Bryton who helped me up there was VERYunprofessional be rushed me out the store and he looks like a thug with this good teeth he was rude me and my family will be switching providers don’t even bother going to this store

This is by far the best T-Mobile store! All the employees are helpful, and fun to be around! Knowledgeable and problem solvers. They will fix everything you need or get you on a path to fix it! Love this store!

I had sprint and went to this store to change over to T-mobile. The two women that worked there told me everything was fine I could get the phone that I wanted. Just sign the contract and you are good to go. I signed the contact they ran my credit. Then told me I had to pay $200 dollars for the phone that I wanted. I also had to pay $250.00 from my sprint account to pay for a the month plus the next month. I asked why didn't they tell me this before hand. Both the women said it's because our system says you need to pay for this. I also go a text message from life lock saying T-mobile ran my credit. I ask the women you ran my credit and I'm in the high above 750. They both said, we didn't run your credit we don't run peoples credit. I told them I don't want to do this anymore because I don't want to pay for something that You said I don't have to. Both the women got very angry and said you have to you sign the contract and you will no long have phone service unless you pay us $200 right now for your new phone. I had to pay the money to get the phone which was not a problem. If someone that was not doing well they would have been stuck without a phone I guess. After I paid the bill she just handed my the box and said here you go. I said I want to make sure this works before I leave. She then got really mad and started bang stuff on the counter and yelling at her co-worker. I asked her can you make sure the phone works. She turned it on and said it works you can go. I said can you call the phone. She looked at me as if I was about to pull a tooth from her. She called the store and said see it works now go. I asked what about inbound? She then banged the phone on the counter again and tried calling the phone. Guess what inbound didn't work. She did something on the computer then it started working and then said see it works you can go now.One month later. I'm still getting billed from Sprint which is the same company. So now I am getting billed for to service plans on one phone. I call T-mobile to talk with their expert. The person on the phone said "OOO you have to talk to sprint not us." So I still have been on hold two hours later.If you are tight on money you probably want to avoid this store at all cost. Otherwise you will have to spend a lot of money and time fixing their "Great customer service."

This was a walk-in to get a better idea of their promotions and plans on the IPhone. Found the gentleman who helped me knowledgeable and polite.
