It is 6pm, door locked and they are supposed to be open until 8! There are 3 employees in there and when I FINALLY got them to answer, he said they were short staffed!I was hoping to buy a phone and switch over from Verizon!I guess they don't need the business!

Marcus the manger at this store was a great help! My daughter broke her phone and he was able to get her into a new phone and the accessories that she needed. More importantly he was not pushy and was very understanding to our needs. We will be back when it is time to upgrade my phone.

Asya and Marcus are amazing managers when there was a problem they both were able to put the effort in and fix the problem and find a solution and then Connor was an amazing Sales expert once the problem was fixed he was able to find me the best promotion and get me into the newest iPhone with the best deal! That team is absolutely amazing !!!

So I came into T-mobile on two separate occasions and i was helped out by Marcus and Aysa. I am one of those people who asks a million and one questions but they patiently sat there and answered each and every one even going in depth to make sure I fully understood it. I'm a very indecisive person so I wanted to make sure I would make the best decision if I decided to switch from Verizon so they were extremely helpful.

Aysa was amazing, she was able to help me find a plan that fits my needs and was overall a very big help to me as this was my first time shopping with T-Mobile it was a super easy switch over and I will definitely be back to shop for accessories.

My phone was completely broken and I needed a new one ASAP! I recently had Verizon but was desperately in need of switching providers so I decided to go into the T-mobile store for options! Marcus the manager was AMAZING and was able to switch my providers without me having to even lift a finger! I got the new iPhone with all the accessories at such a great price! I was even worried about having to put on a screen protector and Marcus went ahead and put it on my phone PERFECT. Highly recommend.

I stood here for 45 min, Joseph had himself, and Two other attendants here. One clocked out , and the other disappeared, while there was myself and another couple waiting.He made no attempt to give me an ETA.No seats, or acknowledgmentThen when an older white man came he spoke and said welcome.I'm not gonna say what It looked like, but when he spoke and said welcome to him, I almost fell out.

I came in to add a business line to my company account with an eSim last week. Right off the bat, the lack of professionalism was jaw-dropping. I was being upsold on switching my personal line to Verizon the entire time even though I immediately said I was just there to activate a business line and wasn't interested. One employee was loudly swearing and complaining about an activation process not working while another employee came out of the back and talked about being sick while not doing anything to help customers. The person who was supposed to be helping me disappeared into the back for 20 minutes to "get a SIM card." I tried to do this on my lunch break and ended being there 45 minutes for what should have taken 15. After charging me an activation fee, they said the eSim would activate in 30-60 minutes and I was good to go, but the account never activated. I ended up going to a different T-Mobile store (shoutout to the team at the Hampden and 25 store who absolutely killed it), and they told me the DTC store completely botched the setup. They actually had to call corporate tech support to cancel the line and undo the damage done by the DTC store because it was so mangled. I'm truly in disbelief that this store has a rating this high when all I witnessed was gross unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for my time. Unbelievable.

Quite possibly the worst customer service that I have ever experienced!Makes me want to go back to Verizon or any other company for that matter.Terrible !!!
