After a very disappointing experience at the UPS store on 8200 A Quebec St in Centennial — where the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even basic tasks — I came to this location and the difference was night and day.
Kody was absolutely incredible. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me. He listened, understood the situation, and took care of everything smoothly and efficiently. His attitude was warm and welcoming, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
UPS is truly lucky to have someone like Kody on their team. He turned a stressful day into a positive experience. I can’t thank him enough — and this location deserves recognition for doing things the right way.
Highly recommend this store, and if you’re fortunate enough to be helped by Kody, you’re in great hands!

I love coming to this UPS. Everyone is super friendly and really helpful. There's another store closer to my house but I like the people here better so I come all the way over here instead. Kody and the other employees are great, even the Dodgers fan :)

Great store! Great location! So helpful and fair with Amazon returns. Cory especially was particularly helpful, friendly, and easy going. Much appreciated - especially as some other experiences with UPS stores have been very disappointing as franchisees seem to value profit, language barriers, and ignorance over good old customer service. It's greedy and sad. That's why I'll go out of my way to keep going back to this location. Thank you!

Went to drop off a box. When I entered, I was the only customer in the store. The man at the counter completely ignored me. When I asked him if I could drop off my box, he said yes and snatched the box out of my hand. Disgusting. Will be reporting to corporate.

I’ve been into this UPS location multiple times, and each time that I’ve been assisted by Kody he’s been an absolute pleasure. Today, he helped me to ship multiple fragile packages to different addresses, all while also assisting four other customers that walked in. He is efficient, friendly, and knows what he’s doing. Great job to this store for having and keeping such a great employee. Thanks again!
