I needed to fax an important document that wasn’t going through. The owners kept my document and kept trying for several days until it finally went through! I couldn’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for me when they didn’t have to. This store puts their customers first and I’ll be returning for all my mailing needs! Thank you!

Went three times to mail an amazon return back, they told me their internet was down, the next day I call them and ask if they got it fixed and the worker replied, I need to call support. If your company is internet based, this is the first thing you should do. Even though the second time I went they were printing other shipping labels, I offered to create a hot spot so they could print my label, they didn't want my help. Offered to call the internet provider to fix the issue, they didn't want that. Asked if I could plug my phone directly to their computer, or send them a screenshot, they said I couldn't and to go to another store. The thing is, they should be offering solutions to the customer, not the customer offering service to help them do their job. Poor managementTurns out the other store can do it with a screen shot, this store needs training.

Counter assistant is rude. Recommend in the future he focus on the customer request instead of complaining he has to manually enter a number into the workstation.
