The BEST location, I always look forward to going to drop off my packages so I can see Ayman and Cat! I hope you have the pleasure of getting either of them to help you, they are absolute angels. So sweet and courteous and beyond helpful. They get everyone through quickly and with a smile :) I seriously wish every post office location was like this one. I also can't say how wonderful they were during Christmas! They were so fast getting all the customers taken care of even though it was the busy season. Thank you for making going to the post office a lovely experience, we appreciate you so much!!!

Our favorite location! Never a wait in line and convenient location. Employees are so incredible, especially Cat! She is literally a breath of fresh air. Personable, sweet, and always incredibly knowledgeable about any questions I’ve had. I drive longer just to visit this location so I can have her help me with my packages. I wish I could give 1000 stars!!

The rudest and most incompetent people ever to have to deal with. I don’t know how they got their job or how they keep their job but they suck to the fullest in every way and will never deal with this location again. 0 stars but they make you put least one which is bullshit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is riddled with people who have no sense of being proficient. Instead they'd rather scold you for their ignorant behavior. If you don't know something maybe just don't say anything? I will AVOID this location going forward. The experiences here are always terrible. Employees exhausted and angry about their jobs. Guess what? I think we would all prefer if everyone at this location was fired and rehired with new staff that isn't completely incompetent.
After trying to get my package sent. The worker at the front scanned it, then I went to track it and it says "untraceable" and he never gave me my confirmation receipt after scanning. So, I had to go back and request to have them bring me my package because he was fooling around and never wanted it to be sent. It's not my fault you want to bully someone over a package. It's also not my fault you're so rude and don't care about something being sent. You know what sir, I hope you're reading this and you get fired someday for your incompetent behavior and failure to perform basic tasks.
I WILL be going FAR AWAY to the usps location I know will NOT do this to anyone because YOU'RE having a bad day.

Avoid this place at ALL costs. I opened a PO Box for my business, thought it would be a good idea to keep it separate from personal address. Wrong. My personal address is the only place getting my mail. This location has not only given me answers that didn’t help me in any way, but they’ve lost important business mail like a sales tax license. Their response was “Contact the sender.” The State of Colorado isn’t a sender you can just ring up and say “Hey, can you help me out and send a second one?” It’s progressed to them now loosing packages with supplies in there for work. I’m closing my PO Box and will be going to a different location if I need to, even if it’s farther away from me. The PO Box is a waste of money and time as well as this location.

I think the reviews on here are people stressing out about packages received. Every single package I have sent through here as an ebay seller has had 0 issues. Delivery on time.

Avoid at all costs. Inadequately staffed and supplied, feels like walking into the 1950s but not in a good way. The employee (singular) that was working was very nice so second star for her, but really I wish she would get a better job - she deserves it.

on March 30th, three pieces of mail (bills) were dropped into the collection box outside at about 4:30pm. The box pickup was listed at 6pm and when the letters were dropped off, the collection box was not stuffed/overflowing. Since then, none of those three pieces of mail have reached their destinations after two+ weeks, which I have never seen in all the years of dropping mail into this facility's outside collection box. Was there a problem with that day's collection of mail? was there a theft of mail? it is highly unusual for ALL three pieces of mail to not reach their destinations, which leads me to believe something happened at the collection box at this facility or it was not processed when brought in that night to the Greenwood Village facility.

Absolutely abysmal service and treatment by management. 8 packages have been lost 6 of which were "delivered" but never made it to my box. 2 have been lost in Aurora for a week. When providing the information to the clerks over the course of 6+ visits I was met with shrugs and platitudes. When speaking with the manager I was immediately met with attitude and blame that I had done something wrong.Basically told they cant help me and its not their problem and to go online to submit claims. When I go online every claim I attempt to submit errors out.Needless to say I'm incredibly frustrated and hope the manager has a better day than the one she was having today, so she doesn't take it out on more people that just want help.

Complaining here because it's impossible to submit a claims form for this office for some reason. This post office has lost over 8 packages of ours, marked some of them as "delivered" so the vendors can't replace them. I've lost packages from family that can't be replaced. They've either not delivered them or marked them as "returned to sender." The staff told us that we could fill out a claims form but the form online only gives error messages, it doesn't allow us to submit it, so they say they can't do anything. The manager we spoke to this morning was rude. This is unacceptable. If a "substitute carrier" is doing that much damage, they should be let go. Management needs better training, and should actually assist and remedy the issue. I love USPS and the way this office is handling this issue is extremely disappointing. I've lost so much money and sentimental items thanks to their negligence.

For over two years, our mail service has been terrible. The person who was on the route got promoted, and no one replaced him. We have been getting our mail at 6 o’clock or later. This is unacceptable. Much really funny about this is the commercial that the USPS is running about how efficient they are. I don’t see efficiency I see laziness. Route is done when a person finishes his own route and want some overtime. Something needs to be done.Hire someone will transfer a person from another route slow down me arrive at a decent time..
