Unable to access safe deposit box today because the Greenwood Village office on Belleview is temporarily closed. I found out that we may get access next week. What we wanted from the safe depot box was for this weekend. We have been to the bank during the pandemic so expected it to be open. THE PART THAT IS SO MADDENING IS THAT IF WE HAD BEEN INFORMED THAT ACCESS WAS GOING TO BE LIMITED WE WOULD HAVE WORKED WITH THEM. A little communication & it wouldn't have been any trouble.Instead, phone games with the phone number taped on the closed bank door. And when I called another local office, I couldn't talk to a live person. After a very long hold I was was sent to an off site center, another long hold and I was helped by someone who was very nice and professional but could only really only pass on the information.Not the holiday surprise we were expecting!

I wanted to thank Daniel at this Wells Fargo location for not only being extremely helpful but also very genuine during our on the fly transaction. I was told I needed to wire my mortgage payment within a short time frame of them letting me know. I drove out to location after location to find a bank representative to help me without an appointment. I called the branch and Daniel agreed to meet me and I was there after 15 minutes. He sat me down explained this wasn't my fault and apologized because he could see the stress and strain I was feeling. Within 20 minutes he had set up my wire transfer and gave me all my paperwork. He truly made an uncomfortable and unforeseeable issue resolved within minutes. Thank you again Daniel for all your help, it is a comforting feeling that there employees who truly want to help!

I never understood why Wells Fargo allows people to sit on a chair prior to meeting a customer. It seems to add to the laziness of this branch. Went in today and the cashier there could barely make eye contact or even say hi. A simple withdrawal of cash yet it took the cashier twice as long to get the money as another cashier would. Other cashier lines move. I stand... The new Wells Fargo commercials make me laugh. Their version of customer service is vastly different then mine version. Rather travel 1600 miles to a branch in Allentown PA to get service then go here.

The ATM here is location in the entrance to Wells Fargo. I've gone several times after hours and the doors to access the ATM we're still open.

I must recant my last one star review of this bank branch. After having a singular bad experience, I have been flooded with amazingly positive experiences with multiple other employees. Hands down, Grant, the branch manager is the most amazing person to work with. I've never seen someone display so much respect for both his bank and his customers, all the while, exemplifying the rarest form of selfless customer service: the willingness to drop everything he is doing, display a glowing grin with eye contact, and completely own whatever your concern may be, without so much as a shadow of ego or displacement. If my business portfolio with this bank expands, it will be in large part to Grant.

Attractive interior with lots of space, quick service too, but I had trouble finding the location with signage and my GPS. The yelp picture helped me piece it together.

It's very convenient and the staff is very friendly, but I will be switching banks soon due to the new monthly fee.

Closest branch to the office. Huge location, very friendly staff, parking - i always find a spot! Only 1 ATM, but that's ok - i am usually there to see a teller! Staff is always helpful and always have a smile on their face!

Some of the best customer service I've gotten at a bank. Very professional, pleasant tellers and great personal bankers. Super quick and efficient staff, they take care of your issues and get you out of there as fast as possible. Only thing that could improve this place is if they had a drive up ATM.
